I ordered 4 dozen filled cupcakes for a party recently and made a simple modification by requesting colorful icing to match the theme of the party I ordered them for. Not only was my order incorrect, I had paid for them in advance and given a 20% tip. I asked to modify the tip since the order was wrong and was DENIED. What is happening to Village Baking Comp. The last 3 times i have bought something there it was horrible. Prices are to high to make that mistake again. The big cinnamon rolls were dry and hard, the fruit tasted awful, both had to be thrown away. Im done wasting money there. So disappointing.
I expected way better customer service for how expensive these cakes are! Norma the manager has the worse customer service approach! I can’t even say it’s a skill cause that’s how bad Hera is! It’s totally ghetto and she just left such a bad impression for the company! It’s so sad to have people like that work there!
