They need to do a better job stocking the aisles and keeping the place cleaner.

Extremely crowded compared to most Wal-Mart's I have been to in the past, while also being an extremely small store. A good deal of their shelves or racks in every department we're completely bare and in lack of stock, and the whole store looks overrun.Think how most grocery stores looked at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. That's what this store looked like when I went, lol.

I drove passed the low profile WalMart supercenter .5 times. And I was paying attention. And using 'Maps' app and still had to finally throw all reason to the wind and make best decision. And dive right in. And there was the invisible WalMart .Probably some kind municipal code restricting signage or something. . What ever the reason for this I've never been so. Bamboozled I didn't even enter the store.. Five times.

The guy I found working in the electronics section said that it wasn't actually his area so I had to wait 20 mins for someone to shop up after he intercommed them. Eventually I went a found someone to help me and when he opened the cage I had been waiting to access the item I was looking for wasn't in stock even though the online store said they had it in store. When I asked the employee if they could be somewhere else he said it wasn't his department and walked away.

Not a lot of staff around but the one that actually helped me (now it doesn't say her name on the receipt not that me failing to get it means it should be, needless to say operator#002327) was very friendly but efficient. And that is what I like in a cashier, I don't care for idle chit chat at the register. Im always late so usually in a hurry, I just don't have the time most of the time. So props to her "job well done". Other than that I kept this trip short unlike this post. Most of my time was spent in cosmetics. Where I made a purchase, that's where I was helped by operator#002327. I proceeded down a craft aisle, found some beads, walked around the jewelry counter and hit the self check out. What I saw was clean. A fairly uneventful visit. Perfect. Here is what I picked up.

I always order pickup orders from this store. I love that they offer express pickup when you're in a rush. Even when I have produce items in my order they do their best to pick out fresh and good looking produce for me.

Exactly what you'd expect from the chain store owned by the richest family in... America? The world? Whichever, definitely a 5 star experience.

Not enough registers open for the massive amount of shoppers. Not enough staff for assistance. Wanted to buy socks and Waited for 15min. There was also a lot of items blocking the path way causing people to walk very close to each other making physical distance very hard to practice. Of the staff that was available she was able to help and even offered to try and get a key for the socks.

I have been getting the pick up orders and for the most part it's been good. I do think they need to train the employees on exactly how to put groceries in a car, and sometimes not giving enough bags, but what do I expect for free? It's easy to get a refund for missing or damaged items through the app. But that early is necessary. Over like it because I'm still doing it ? Beats having to go into the store.

Customer service is a joke. I called today at about 5:00 PM to get connected to the jewelry department. Some lady answered the phone and I told her I wanted to speak to someone in jewelry. She says "okay" and connects me. I spend almost 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone. All of a sudden, the lady who first answered my call said "nobody in the jewelry department is picking up" so I said "okay, why would that be?" and she just brushed me off and hung up. I figured that maybe they were just really busy or had nobody there at the moment. I called again at about 8:15 PM today and before I could even say a word, I was put on hold again. I was waiting for 15 minutes and I got annoyed because I knew for a fact that nobody was trying to connect me so I hung up and called again. This time, some careless sounding girl picked up the phone and I asked to speak to jewelry and she said "okay one moment" and I was stuck waiting again for forever and then all of a sudden, I hear background noise and someone checking out items at the cash register. I'm like "hellooooo??... hellllooooooooo!!!" on the phone but nobody was answering so I hung up and called one more time. At this point, I'm pretty annoyed and when I called again, it went straight to someone from jewelry supposedly. She goes on to tell me that she doesn't know how to work the register, she's the only one there, she doesn't know how to adjust a watch, and that it's against Walmart policy to adjust or fix a watch that wasn't bought from there. What a bunch of lies. How do you work in jewelry and you don't even know how to fix a watch or work the cash register? Big thumbs down.

This Walmart never has anything, and on top of that at night they have TWO lights on in the whole parking lot making for a very scary and dangerous place to be.

Prices and selection were good customer service is never toy liking. Very few times have I got good service. Lines move too slow. Slot of homeless inside stealing. Better security would make my experience better.
