Went thru the drive in the lady was rude and rushed me. I was the only car in the drive-in and she made me pull to the parking lot. And said an extra 10 minutes for my food. No one was even in the restaurant or drive in. But a few employees. I get they try to get their wait times down but come on. Fast food not so fast or fresh

Went through the drive thru just me and 2 other cars the guy was rude taking my order and was ruder at the window I didn't want the drink carrier so he sat my drink on the side of the window and ignored me the girl was just as rude giving me my food I will NOT be returning to that store

Customer service was amazing. Amazing staff. However, a medium fountain drink costs $4. Why Wendys? Why? Not even a large but a medium. Compare your prices with other fast food restaurants before you set your prices.
My hamburger was under cooked my food made me sick I eat here often at 9:30 in the morning on my lunch break service has gone down hill I'll be eating at the taco truck outside next time

I have worked in many fast food restaurants I have had 1k hours befor I know what is good service and food this store is one of those that need a new gm from the girl at the last window holding my water out the window because she’s impatient to no hello beside can you park in the front I got a small meal I watched over 7 cars get there food and thay got to drive off while I wait for nothing I waited 12 minutes befor I went into the store I ask for a refund at the desk she said why I told her I never got my food thay never made my food this is a very slow fast food restaurant with bad service and food thay have no clue in what there doing and there lazy kids thay hired thay need to clean house from the ones who are training them should be fired for training kids bad customer service the gm needs to be replaced as well the owner needs to look into this reviews I will never eat at this location again I will tell others in my life to do the same
