i got sick from the old pizza pretzels they gave me

Love wetzel pretzel but the workers there just to attend one person take so long was 3rd in line and was there for over for 20 minutes and I just left not the first time this happens and it’s not because they are busy making more … the little window was full of pretzels as they were taking out more from the oven. Also have seen other people leave too while waiting smh … always like this when I go now I don’t even bother going there go to the other one Annie’s.

It's a little pricey, but you can't argue with the results, absolutely delicious pretzels. ? The pizza ? pretzels with the cheese ? are my favorite. ? ??

Great customer service and fresh baked pretzels. Get you some pizza bites and jalapenio hotdogs!

Service was good, but the pretzels were over cooked and too hard to eat. Also barely any cinnamon sugar on them. I took them home and even tried to microwave them to soften them and give to my kids and they wouldn’t eat them, and they love treats. I felt like it was a big waste of money unfortunately. I ended up throwing them away.

The staff make the place great, :). Eat more Pizza bites.

I would give zero stars but i had to put a star. The lady charged me THREE TIMES AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. The refund they claimed they gave me they never gave me. Instead they took all my money, claiming the machine "always did that". Maybe you guys should get a new machine to process payments or are you guys gonna keep on stealing people's money??? Never going there again, and GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Cashier was rude and gave me an item I didn't even ask for. If she's after money she can just say that. I suggest you hire someone better to work the register because she took my friends money and charged her THREE TIMES NOT ONE BUT THREE. Always blame the machines but never the people.

Awesome food and customer service and I really recommend going to Wetsel Pretzel in vintage fair mall.

They charge twice

3rd time in a row they didnt give me what i asjed for and forgot items .. i will never order from doordash. I get it people make mistakes.. but 3 times in a row?

Can't go to the mall without getting some. Love this place ?
