What's The Tea? Boba and Snacks

Great boba spot. I had the brown sugar milk boba and it was fantastic. The owner is a Marine Veteran and was very polite and professional. The cafe is decorated nicely with comfortable seating. Definitely recommend supporting this veteran and locally owned business.

We visited today, my children were a little haywire to say the least. But the woman who helped us was so kind and patient. Absolutely, recommend!

I'm here all the time after school to hang out with friends or just to work on homework! Customer service is consistently friendly, and the tea is the best I've tried in town. I highly recommend the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, and the Rose Vanilla! Great atmosphere and great service!

I was looking for a coffee boba, but the coffee wasn’t brewed. She did an awesome job to accommodate me. I let her know I liked my coffee sweet and I had an alternate brown sugar milk in mind. She added coffee jelly and it gave me a nice taste of coffee. It mixed with the tapioca boba nicely. She was really nice and sweet.

I was looking for a place to study and grab a refreshing drink for this heat ?. What’s The Tea? definitely delivered. Great customer service & beautiful interior. We ordered an iced Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

Great selection of drinks/items, smoothies/tea incredible. But, the employee at the counter was INCREDIBLY rude!!! Girl with glasses very rude. She acted like she was trying to go home and didn't want to be at counter (5:45 got drink here). After she made it, she went somewhere outside. Doesn't compare to other places being polite.

I’ve tried the What’s the tea place several times whenever I’m in Modesto visiting family or on mini vacations to Great Wolf Lodge. The black sugar milk tea and jasmine milk tea are my go-to orders, and they never disappoint. The flavors are consistently delicious, and you can tell the care that goes into every drink. Plus, being a family-owned business, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving some quality boba

I wanted to give myself the opportunity to try a Taro Milk tea, hoping that the mix of flavors would be amazing but it was more water than flavor.... the person who attended was very busy on her phone lying on the sofa of the place and on her phone,.... I will not return.

This place is amazing!! Sarah was so wonderful, helping my granddaughters chose their teas! We got the rose vanilla green tea and the mango peach green milk tea and they are both delicious! Or new go-to spot! Thanks again, Sarah!

Great selection, so many good choices it’s sometimes hard to choose lol. Atmosphere is great too, I would say this is my favorite place to get Boba Tea in the whole valley.
