I was looking for a place to study and grab a refreshing drink for this heat ?. What’s The Tea? definitely delivered. Great customer service & beautiful interior. We ordered an iced Pumpkin Spice Latte and a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. I would definitely recommend stopping by!
Had it like a week ago, got the extra special, the atmosphere was so clean and nice, service was great, and the drink was so good even though i dont usually drink black tea it tasted great
I’ve tried the What’s the tea place several times whenever I’m in Modesto visiting family or on mini vacations to Great Wolf Lodge. The black sugar milk tea and jasmine milk tea are my go-to orders, and they never disappoint. The flavors are consistently delicious, and you can tell the care that goes into every drink. Plus, being a family-owned business, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving some quality boba
