Great customer service. My other half got the wrong flavor of dipped cone and forgot the fries at the drive-thru. I was able to come back and get hooked up no charge. I will always support this place. Thank you!!!

If you order food in the drive thru DO NOT LEAVE THE WINDOW UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR ENTIRE ORDER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS THERE AND ITS WHAT YOU ORDERED. They mess up orders here a lot giving out food that customers didn’t order and not giving you everything that you paid for.
I had to drive all the way back here from West Modesto because HALF of my order was missing and they couldn’t even give me French fries for their mess up. Horrible customer service here. Go to the Mchenry location instead much better customer service.

This owner just very disgusting doesn’t keep anything clean ! & reuses hot-dog meat night before to sell it in the morning .. & very cheap doesn’t want to fix up the restaurant . Also his night shift are lazy always on the phone & smoking in the bathroom like crackheads .. I recommend eat somewhere else not worth eating here !

Can say had a small wait, but ALL the food was fresh and hot. It's been awhile since I had Wienerschnitzel, but tasted just as good as I remembered. And need to have one closer to where we live.

We bought and paid for mini corn dogs with chili and we didnt get any chili on them we also bough chili hot dogs and we didn't get the chili on them we went through drive thru and drove away and we were driving and eating and that's when we realized what had happened we didn't feel like going back thru the drive-thru...it sucked we paid extra for the Chilli on our food and didn't get any chili on anything

I went to order food last night 8/2 like 11:30 pm and y’all whoever the heck is working costumer service needs to get some serious training done cause her damn service WAS HORRIBLE and I go normally all the time at the same time and the girl who usually takes my order is never rude and always happy and kind but whoever tf this was makes me never wanna go back so I really recommend not going for a while she has long black hair and was chunky in case y’all see her

Went by on 8/2 around 11pm and NEVER had issues before till now whoever the customer service rep was needs to get fired she’s was absolutely rude and disrespectful I have never ever had this issue before and never seen her I will never go back and not only that but when I asked her to repeat my order she acted like she didn’t listen I had to ask twice only for her to give attitude
