We bought and paid for mini corn dogs with chili and we didnt get any chili on them we also bough chili hot dogs and we didn't get the chili on them we went through drive thru and drove away and we were driving and eating and that's when we realized what had happened we didn't feel like going back thru the drive-thru...it sucked we paid extra for the Chilli on our food and didn't get any chili on anything

I went to order food last night 8/2 like 11:30 pm and y’all whoever the heck is working costumer service needs to get some serious training done cause her damn service WAS HORRIBLE and I go normally all the time at the same time and the girl who usually takes my order is never rude and always happy and kind but whoever tf this was makes me never wanna go back so I really recommend not going for a while she has long black hair and was chunky in case y’all see her

Went by on 8/2 around 11pm and NEVER had issues before till now whoever the customer service rep was needs to get fired she’s was absolutely rude and disrespectful I have never ever had this issue before and never seen her I will never go back and not only that but when I asked her to repeat my order she acted like she didn’t listen I had to ask twice only for her to give attitude

When a customer is calling to talk about a order that was not completed correctly please do not hang up on the customer. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was not in, fine understandable. I asked for workers name and she hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on several times then sent to voicemail. I use to work in fast food so I am very understanding. I never raised my voice. I even explained that I'm not upset mistakes happen. Then I was accused of wanting free food. I just want what I PAID for and did not deserve that treatment. I continue to call back and all of a sudden the manager is available. People be patient with workers and workers be patient with customers who do not deserve to be treated poorly when inquiring about a incorrect order.

The food was not only cold but.. Refrigerator cold.. The "Berry Blast" Lemonade had to go back because it had so lttle Berry Blast the lemonade was still yellow.. The Banana Sunday.. Soft serve so soft.. It was almost milk by time I got home. (about 1 mile away).. Terrible, Terrible place.. But, the staff are friendly..

Seriously delightful. The gentleman taking our order was so pleasant and helpful. We questioned about the type of relish they had, sweet or dill (it was sweet) and he quickly got a little cup for us to try. Great service. Good food. It hit the spot.

I love the lemonade floats here, but at this particular location, you might have to really enunciate the float part of your order. Otherwise, I've only had great service, and the food is always delicious.
