I had a Uber eats order I requested that my wings and my fries be cooked hard and it was not had to put it in the microwave for 5 minutes to get it so it's kind of hard then it hardly has any sauce on it and extra money is spent when IT'S UBER EATS so it's so terrible. NEVER AGAIN. YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO FOLLOW A CUSTOMER'S REQUEST ON HOW THEY LIKE THEIR FOOD

Never made it to placing the order. I called 3 times wanting to order 10 boneless wings with 2 different flavors and a ranch. Called and Ai answered. Ai is the new system Wingstop is using in order to place orders. Ai could not understand me when I said 10 boneless wings- i must've said it 5 x and was not given an option to speak with a representative. I hung up and called again. This time I attempted to place my order via Ai but the system couldn't finish placing my order for whatever reason and transferred me to a live human- somewhere in India. She then asked to place my order again and she then proceeded to tell me that I am not allowed to place an order of 10 boneless wings with 2 different flavors. I asked how that can be possible since I can place an order online and it gives me the option to order it that way like I have for the past 10 years!!! Only had cash which is why I tried calling the order in to pay with cash. The representative then hung up on me. I had to take my business elsewhere. If your going to call to place the order-dont bother. either place the order online or show up in person so you can complain about the wait time.

I say I learn my lesson but apparently not. They always make you wait over 30 min of expected pick up time. I understand long wait times, I just expect actual reporting of it. Don’t say it’s 25-30 min vs 55-60min actual. They can do better.

The food was good, everything came out as expected for a Wingstop.
However, I was charged $2.00 for ranch. I assumed, for a 50 pack of wings, we'd be getting 4-5 little cups for the order. Instead, I was only given one small cup of ranch for $2.00.
I don't know if this is a corporate or store policy, but it's absolutely insane that I'd be charged $8-10 for ranch that I'd be getting for free at every other wing restaurant.
