great price, but food was terrible. it has been for a while now. i keep giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day for orders because ive had really good food from them in the past, but over the span of about a year their food has dropped massively in quality. its consistently bad now, so much so that i couldnt even finish my food this time. everything was absolutely drenched in grease and flavorless.

I placed an order online @3:00pm to pick up @5:00pm I went to pick it up. When I got there they told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait because they are behind on orders. I left took about 1 hour to come back they still didnt have my order ready so I waited another 20 minutes. When I walked back in they told me they never prepared my order! Terrible customer service.

Usually the wings are served with celery sticks, carrots and ranch, but here they came just plane. The restrooms' cleaning is not good, they smell so bad and no soap for washing hands!

Then I go online to do my order only to have the money taken out my account and the order not be processed!! Restaurant refused to give me free water when ordering $50 of food and drinks for my family. I am diabetic and need to drink water with my medication. I would avoid if you are health conscious or have medical conditions.
We waited about 30-35 minutes for our food (which is understandable for a Friday night) but they didn’t even give me my fries that I paid for!
