I ordered doordash and got garlic parm and it was the greasiest thing ever… the whole bottom of the bag was covered in grease and when I tried to replace it in person they said I cant and have to pay for another order, who ever the skinny guy and curly hair is fire him, couldnt even fix a mistake or give me any solutions

Girl with the curly hair needs to be fired immediately. often hear people say she’s rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills. Re-train or fire, what a waste of money for the employer, driving away customers w bad attitude 🤩🤩

Got food poisoning from this location, when I called to tell a manager about the incident I was told the staff had been “reheating” the chicken and that’s probably why I got sick. I requested a refund instead of the order being remade since I had no interest in getting food poisoning again. It has been 2 MONTHS waiting for a refund. I’ve been told several times that it was sent to whoever handles the refunds but still no refund. 10/10 do not recommend this location
