I ordered 3-4 times. The staff working there never greets you, happened when I picked up.
And today delivery, the food tasted horrible. Very salty that you can't even eat them.
The French fries are burnt, looked and tasted they refried it and pour so much salt that you can't eat it.
You can see in the photos how much salt added.

bro why the aux suck
First time at this location and discovered my order to be wrong when I got home. Boneless wings were very dry and several of them cold although the order was just completed.

The worst service ever. Ordered carry out and they were dry and wings seemed liked they were refried; no flavor . Gave them another chance since they just opened .. had a delivery and missing part of my order. I called them and their response “ what do you want me to do about it” .. they are a joke .. he said I can come another day and show my receipt and and they will replace my missing order.. didn’t ask for name or anything .. so am I just going to show up and they are going to know I was the one who called about a missing wings.. no customer service. Skills ..

If you want horrible service & your order messed up come visit Makayla who gets mad when she & her co workers dont understand the difference between wings & tenders.. then when u finally get ahold of the manager Destiny shes just as rude.

To go order in a sealed bag and found missing items when I got home . Called for a refund and told they don't give refunds.

Easily my new favorite wing stop in town.
My online order was actually done and ready for pick up on time…. Something that I’ve never had from Wing Stop in the past
They did make a mistake on my order, it happens they’re busy and a newer location—- the important thing for me is that they made it right, hassle free, they took accountability and gave me the missing item from my order.
They’ll improve, and I’ll be back.

They had me waiting an hour and a half inside for my food. They gave my food to the wrong person and I overheard them discussing this mistake behind the counter without directly telling me about it. I didn’t even get an apology for their mistake or the wait. Once I finally got my food some of the chicken was room temperature and some of it was cold.

We were so happy that this opened up somewhat closer to our house. Came in on Wednesday and ordered and the wings were amazing! I’m a little embarrassed to say we ordered again today and man was this a horrible experience. My order was almost $50 and when we got home, the wings were so dry and there was no sauce for our wings so I called the store and spoke with a manager and was advised there was nothing they can do unless I drive all the way back to the restaurant and bring them the food. With gas prices, and children at home on a Friday night I am not driving all the way back for bad service that has nothing to do with me. In my opinion as a newly opened store as a regional manager should take a little bit more accountability. The manager was sweet, but she said her regional manager said that was the policy in order for them to either give me a refund or a credit.
