I decided to stop by yogurt mill during my lunch break to get a little something before going back to work. I was craving two things, I wanted a shake, but I also wanted a cup of their salted caramel pretzel yogurt. I was talking to the lead on shift. Natalie and I told her that I wanted both. Right away she had the idea of making me a cold brew shake with the salted caramel pretzel flavor yogurt, and oh my goodness it was amazing, she gave me everything I needed. Her customer service was incredible. Her friendliness and compassion towards not only me, but other customers was felt. Not only was she able to provide me with an amazing shake., she also provided me with an even more amazing experience and I will definitely be going back!

Besides the terrible customer service, they use styrofoam! Please. Get with the program and stop using such terrible products that are so bad for the environment.

I loved that they paid attention to details! They had great quality control by the cashier who took our order. They had forgotten the dark chocolate chips, and she was on it before we could say something. Love the service even when they are busy like this day!

I would never been to the yogurt Mill in person. I know that probably sounds funny, but I have mine delivered by DoorDash. The best service ever. I wish I didn't like the yogurt so much.

After looking at some reviews, it looks like I wasn't the only one with this experience... I saw the left lane had 1 car and the right lane had about 5, so I went in the left lane. When I began to order, the girl pretended she couldn't hear me even after I started speaking louder. She repeated the parts of my order back correctly eventually... then I got to the window and she wasn't very polite. When I got home I realized she gave me only one of the two flavors I ordered and which she heard and repeated. I wouldn't be surprised if the workers talk about "Ugh someone just pulled up to the left window again..." and then find little ways to screw with them.

Yogurt Mill never disappoints. Today I tried something new and got a banana Nutella outrageous cup with added peanut butter drizzle. It was delicious.
The employees are friendly and helpful. The yogurt itself is good, but on several occasions the toppings have been stale. The shop has very limited seating and you have to walk through drive through to get inside. It was clean, which was good. On our last visit they were out of a few basic yogurt flavors, so my daughter tried the oatmeal version they recommended, but she didn't like it enough to eat much of it.
I had a long day at work and I thought I would reward myself with yogurt mill but the lines were so long in the drive thru so I went inside instead and it was a good customer service experience. There was no wait at all and the nice lady helping me out, I believe her name was Brianna on her name tag was so sweet!! She recommended me her favorite flavors and even let me sample. Kuddos to Brianna since she was a fine example of how they should treat us customers and im super grateful for her even though I wasnt able to tip her.

I visited this location yesterday with my family and the customer service is amazing. I had to praise the two young managers that were very helpful in taking our order and being very accomative. Overall clean store as well as great employees. Great job yogurt mill!
