I like everything the employees are working hard and they have very good behavior with people it very friendly and delicious variety Ice creams I have One suggestion if they put a sanitizer or something to clean the machine handle and the customer clean their hands everything becomes perfect thanks.

It’s really annoying that they wait to ring up everyone in line, including people as they walk in, when you’ve had your milkshake order for like 20 minutes. The rest of the group either finished their yogurt or ends up with melted yogurt for the ones we bring it home to. It’s fine if they ring up a few people but there is people walking in way later and they’re still helping them while we’re waiting on one shake they haven’t even started. It happens every time and sometimes we wait to get our yogurt until the shake order has been started, but then they’ll start it and leave it half way done. They either need another person or to figure out a different work flow

Updated review. The girl working today was very understanding/patient and kind! It was around 12:15-12:30ish. She even helped me pick out a different flavor to try which will now be my go to flavor. Thank you for being nice and remaking my order for me!
