Alitalia Pizza is literally the only place we pick up pizza! The crust is delicious as is their sauce and fresh ingredients, definitely different than your average pizza. They also have many other options and we often order a salad on the side. Their salads are large and always, consistently fresh. They don’t cut corners and the owners and staff could not be more accommodating and delightful! Great local business to support and a hidden gem if you have not tried it!

We had a small issue that required my speaking to the manager. The issue was resolved immediately. Owner went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely will be ordering again

This was my first time trying Alitalia after reading the positive reviews, and it certainly did not meet my expectations at all. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the food was really quite awful.

I ordered a large Spinach White pizza, and it came extremely overcooked. The crust was crunchy, like a dry cracker, and it had started to burn on the bottom. There was almost no mozzarella, but what it did have were enormous dollops off some bland white sauce which they called 'ricotta' cheese. Well, I'm no expert, but I have never seen ricotta cheese that had the consistency of alfredo sauce. And the pizza was drowning in this bland goop! It literally fell off in globs when I tried to pick it up. I literally have nothing positive to say about the pizza. It was nasty.

And if the owner is reading this, and wondering how their employees could have possibly screwed up a pizza so badly, I can tell you: the two young men you have working in the afternoon are more focused on their inane chitchat than they are on what's going on in the kitchen.

Also, the restaurant looks like a stock room. Definitely will not be back.

We just moved my dad & sister to Monrovia and we were craving pizza. I did a quick Google search & took a chance - and am so glad I did. The delivery driver was very sweet & prompt and the pizza and ravioli were fantastic. Looking forward to getting pizza from here when we visit our family.

This place saved us as we were moving our elderly parents back to Arcadia after 25 years away. We ordered four or five times within the week when we were too exhausted to think about cooking. My parents are difficult to please, but they were impressed by the generous topping coverage and abundance of veg on the gourmet veggie pizza. Service was always friendly upon pickup, and I rated the atmosphere five stars b/c it's a no frills place that concentrates on making tasty pies for pickup and delivery. #priorities Our family grew up there in the '80s and '90s and had no idea Alitalia had existed, but I'm grateful we know now and relieved that my parents have an easy option for lunch/dinner. (The pesto pizza with chicken was also very tasty!)

I gave only 3 stars for atmosphere but that’s not why I order from here. This is a pick up and go place. The pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in all of San Gabriel valley! The ingredients are extremely fresh and the crust, I order thin and well done, is perfection! The sauce is great, just the right amount! I’m addicted to this pizza! I had to add another day of cardio! Worth every penny!

Pizza is horrible…reminded me of old roller rink pizza. It was sauce, cheese and pepperoni on cardboard. If you’re on a budget stick with little Caesar’s, heck even 7/11 has a better pizza.
