Best BBQ chicken pizza ever and the crust is perfectly thin/thick. Every bite was very flavorful.

While looking for a nearby pizza spot, Alitalia Pizzeria came up on our Yelp search. Their Pizza By the Slice option was very appealing so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out. The location itself was on the small side. A bench and a few chairs for waiting but not a table to sit down to eat. Unfortunately when we got here they said the Pizza by the Slice option was only available until 4pm. That's fine but I wish they depicted it better on the menu. Had we known that wasn't an option in the evening, we would have called in our order instead of waiting around for a pizza to get made from scratch. I think we already had our stomachs set on the pepperoni so we decided to get their medium Pepperoni Pizza ($16.45). Then for the waiting that could have been avoided. It felt like forever. The one nice thing is they let you grab as much parmesan cheese and chili flakes as you want. The interesting thing is that their sign said they close at 8pm on Sundays but they closed up as soon as we left slightly after 7pm. In retrospect we were contemplating what else we should have gotten or even their half and half option. But not having the pizza by the slice thing and more labelling of such really threw me off. Anyways as to the pizza, my boyfriend thought the crust could have been thinner. I felt like it was oily. I was blotching the pizza like teenage oily acne skin. We both felt like we might be back for the pizza by the slice deal but we aren't in a hurry to try their full pizzas. The cost is high and the satisfaction isn't all the way there.

Ordered a pizza from Alitalia for the first time. They delivered it right in time. Cheapest price around for the pizza we got and it was really good. We definitely will be calling them again.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza from Alitalia to take to Mt. Lowes brewery. Let me start out with Yummy.. The pizza was just right sized (large) and it had all the delicious items on it. We also ordered garlic bread too. Will definitely try another specialty next time. Staff were cool, service was excellent. NOT a dine in place but thats ok.

Don't recommend it if you want lasagna there. Now I must admit I'm a gourmet cook so when I make lasagna it's pretty much a spectacle. However, I don't expect that when I buy some at a pizzeria. I do expect it to be at least above average if I'm going to spend money for it. This lasagna uses store-bought noodles not homemade, none of the noodles had cheese or ricotta in between the layers... You don't need that many layers that's way too much pasta, in my opinion. It was sandwiched with basic bland tasting meat sauce. I wouldn't recommend theirvlasagna unless you're like eating bland food. To be honest, Stouffer's lasagna tastes better. Lasagna was also way over salted. Also, I was watching them make pizza and looks like the dough is pre-made because it looked too perfect. I don't know that for a fact, but that's what it looked like to me. And I don't particularly like the ovens that they were using. I like the big gas fire ovens... Or the wood burning ones especially... Maybe there was gas and fire in there, but I didn't see it. So I would never buy pizza there.

Diamond in the rough. The owners grew up eating here for the past 30 years and when the owner decided to sell, they bought it and kept the traditional recipes going. They make their own dough! Hard to find that in most pizza joints. I got this story from Micah (sp?) who hand chopped and created an amazing Greek salad while telling me about their history. He grew up eating here. This place will be on our regular rotation.

This is hands down the best pizza joint in San Gabriel. Always fresh ingredients, huge delicious salads and the cheesecake (if they have any left) is such a sweet surprise. Everything is made fresh. The pizza always has a crispy crust and the toppings are always fresh. We try to go every week!Vegetarian options: The vegetable pizza is to die for! And salads with fresh ingredientsKid-friendliness: Not really a dine in atmosphere but they also so pizza by the slice. Great if you have a kid who only like cheese or pepperoni. Great staff too!Parking: Always spots in frontWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to access the storeDietary restrictions: Ask or options. We do garlic free
