Flour tortilla filled with rice, refried beans, and the meat of your choice. Includes onion, cilantro, and salsa.
Mulitas
Crispy corn tortilla with melted Monterey Jack cheese and your choice of meat. Same size as a small taco. Priced Individually.
Quesadillas
Large Flour tortilla filled with Melted Monterey Jack cheese and the meat of your choice. Includes onion, cilantro, and salsa.
Nachos
Corn tortilla chips topped with refried beans, the meat of your choice, Monterey Jack cheese, onion, cilantro, hot sauce, and shredded lettuce.
All Meat Burritos
Your choice of protein wrapped inside a flour tortilla. Does not include rice or beans, but is packed with more meat.
Tortas
Mexican sandwich filled with the meat of your choice. Includes mayo, a layer of refried beans, onion, cilantro, salsa, avocado, tomato, and shredded lettuce.
Birria Ramen
A 32 oz. cup filled with ramen noodles cooked in our Consome (Birria Broth). Includes Birria, onion, cilantro, and salsa.

I can only report on the al pastor tacos. Beautiful little Street tacos with big flavor. I was so proud of myself because I ordered in Spanish for the first time and didn't break character and I got exactly what I ordered.

My favorite part about this truck is it has a little stand-up bar I can eat at, as well as some little stools. I like to stand when I eat.

I've been ordering from these guys for about 5 years or more. I often order the pollo mulitas, served with grilled onions. Their burritos, quesadillas, and tacos are bombastically awesome, as well.
