I've been a fan of their Burrito Ultimo for over two decades. It is the same high quality and great taste it was in 2004 when I frequented the Baja Fresh near my then workplace. I retired a few years ago and visit a different Baja Fresh that is near a business I go to every few months...the taste hasn't changed in all that time. Love the salsa bar and freshly sliced jalapenos.

I haven't been to Baja Fresh in a while. Sadly, a few on my commute have closed. I ordered chicken fajitas, burrito, and kids meal. The sauces were so good, varied and spicy, compared to the El Pollo Loco sauces which have been eliminated and unflavored and watery. The food didn't taste only salty! Happily surprised for a fast casual.
The restaurant looked and smelled clean and fresh and nice a/c and fans. Bathrooms were decent and stocked. Staff friendly and...

$16 for a burrito would be fine if it was 3 times the size. Unfortunately it was not. It was very good and fresh, but the prices of California fast food is out of control. I'll buy groceries and cook them up on my Hexclad cookware.
