Love this place. We have been to their other location in montrose as well. This is a must go to! Great food & drinks. Great staff. Smaller place so big groups could be a challenge, but if busy definitely worth the wait

My new favorite bar.
Stopped by with a friend on a whim as it was the only restaurant open at 11:30 AM on a Wednesday. What a pleasant surprise! Server was friendly, attentive to dietary needs, and did not rush us at all. Sofrito tacos are a must try. Mimosas and Sangria are excellent.

It was OK. Ordered steak rare plus, got medium, nice cut. Had to make motions for service.

Cool ambience and friendly staff. The food I ordered had no flavor…I had the chilaquiles dish. Their red salsa is watery/bland and not spicy at all. I would steer away from the Mexican dishes, it is not their strength.
The service is excellent as far as the staff goes.

Food was really good, we had the pretzel to start off. It light and fluffy. Good texture and cooked properly. Main dish was French dip. Don't normally get French dip but it was delicious. Nice toast and meat was tender.

Eaten lunch here four times in the last six months, during visits to Old Town Monrovia. I've found the food to be excellent, with efficient and friendly service.

We love the food, we love the service, the drinks are great, but there's just one thing that makes us feel a little off here....
The seating... every time we come, we feel segregated. The 4 booths they do have are always taken, and since the booths are always taken, whenever the host/hostess seats us, it feels like we're getting the leftover seating.
No matter what host/hostess is working, they always look at us with an expression like ..."I know you want a booth, but there is none, so where do you want to sit?"...then they kind of just let the customer point out their own seats, but again, it just makes us feel segregated for some reason.
Don't get me wrong... we enjoy the place, but this seating thing is weird.
We're usually there for dinner and end up at the tall tables in the middle of the place but it just doesn't feel right eating dinner at these tall tables that don't have a lot of space on the table top itself. For just drinks, it would be fine.
Plus, we have a 5 year old, and she likes to squirm, so these tall tables are a bit of a hassle for us when we're sitting there.(ya...we could just go somewhere else but we really like the food there.)
We are not going to stop coming here, we love the food and the service is great but I just feel the that the seating could have been planned out a little better...but I'm sure they were expecting to be more of a watering hole instead of a dine in restaurant.
Anywho.... stop by and check it out if you haven't... you'll enjoy it.
Dietary restrictions: Get your burger lettuce wrapped if need be to avoid the gluten.
Parking: TV's with different sports playing on each one, unlike some places where they have 20 TV's and they're playing the same game on all the TV's.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, our kid absolutely loves the Mac and cheese here.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's pretty wheelchair accessible throughout the place, little bit of a tight squeeze in some areas.

Food, drinks, atmosphere, etc. were pretty good; however, the thing that takes this place from 3 stars to 5 is that CZECH REPUBLIC BEER!!!!!!! Second to none in the area.
