I haven't been to Baskin Robbins in awhile. The ice cream was good, as usual. But, we were very disappointed with the sugar cones. The old cones were thick and were coated with chocolate inside the bottom so ice cream didn't leak out. The cones they have now are very thin and break easily. Both of ours broke. Plus they leaked out of the bottom because the cones are no longer sealed. What a mess! Next time we'll just get it in a cup. Very disappointed!

The 2 star review isn't for Baskin Robbins store it's for the employee by the name of Garrett. No customer service skills what so ever. I asked him what is in the banana royale and he just looked at me like a deer in headlights. Then he made my "banana royale" and there was nothing royal about it. Literally, 2 scoops of ice cream, a pool of hot fudge, no cherry no whip cream like the photo they advertise. Very disappointed. He did not take pride in serving customers. Horrible, I would fire. I had to tell him to add whip cream and a cherry. Waisted $7.99

Walking distance from my house here in Monrovia I took my wife and my daughter for a scoop of ice cream, after we left, we were eating ice cream and discovered. Multiple long hairs were weaved inside the ice cream.They should implement a hair net, and facial hair net for employees handling food

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would.Among all of the issues with my visit, there was one employee that stuck out in particular: Garrett. He is a shift supervisor who is beyond unwelcoming. As my family walked in, we went in ungreeted. He almost didn't acknowledge us. We had 5 orders, and each seemed to take up too much of his "busy" time. As a family establishment, one would think that the employees promote welcoming behavior. It, in fact, was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this Baskin Robin's location to any families looking for a fun treat for the night. Drive down the street to Coldstone Creamery and get yourself good service!!

Nice location in old town Monrovia. I went in for a single scoop cone. Jeanette was so nice and professional. She suggested a waffle cup. Great ice cream and customer service. I don't tip at stores like this but I did this time.

When coming to this location, if Kevin isn't working, don't order a milkshake. Almost every time my family orders a milk shake ($7 each so it's not cheap) the employee will roll their eyes or just walk away and start slamming the blender. There have been several occasions where they dint even fill the cup or the shake is spilling all over the sides. Before you think this is a one off situation, we have been coming here weekly, sometimes twice a week to get my kids shakes. This isn't someone having a bad day, this is the consistency of the staff not wanting to make the shakes. I cannot believe how upset these employees get when you order something on the menu. Do yourself a favor and go to the pasadena location or Duarte location instead.

After enjoying dinner at Sena in old town Monrovia and playtime at the playground behind the library, we walked over and enjoyed a couple scoops of ice cream.The staff was friendly, offered samples and served us the perfect scoop of icecream. You will absolutely find a flavor you like since there are so many options
Red head kid named Ethan was super helpful! He was very polite and took the time to allow me to try a couple samples before I purchased my ice cream!

Excellent ice creams. I love it. From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with the mouth-watering aroma of freshly-made waffle cones and a display case filled with an array of ice cream flavors. Chocolate flavor is my favorite.

I was helped by the most polite person that I've come across in a long time. Kevin saw me walking up to the door using a cane, he came and opened the door for me. He opened the freezer doors for me and got me what I wanted. He offered to carry my purchase to my car and when I declined, he went and opened the door for me to leave. It's not very often that I come across someone who is that polite, it made my day.

If I could give zero stars I would I'm a Hispanic person and I walked in today with my son to get a banana split and one of the workers that was there was discriminating us and being rude and disrespectful his name was Damien when other people walked in who were a different race he treated them nicely and with respect im sending this review so you guys can fix your management and fire this person for being this way
