Was here for a reception for a funeral. The food was good and the staff was extremely polite and tired to stay on top of keeping food coming out.
Hands down the best Trattoria in Monrovia!! Ordered some type of holiday apple martini and a Pear Ginger Snap specialty drinks, which are seasonal. They were tasty. Thank you to Sarah, who's the master mind of the drinks. We ordered the carbonara, shrimp alfredo, and also prime rib steak medium rare. My plate came with garlic mash potatoes covered with portobello mushrooms. My eyes rolled to the back of my head when I tasted that combo. I heard locals talking saying that everything they've ordered off this menu has never been disappointed. So next time I come, I will be ordering the cioppino as well as the bacon wrapped dates.

Disappointing! This was our Saturday out and we should have gone elsewhere.- Dirty napkin, dirty water glasses, and bathroom that was a mess.- Terrible “side” Caesar Salad with brown edged lettuce, almost no dressing. Chicken Caesar Salad ordered by another guest was much better.- Poor service; had to ask for water twice. Waitress serving another table kept talking loudly to her guests across our table and interrupting us!!- Garlic Crab Linguine was good, but pricey for what it was.There are lots of Italian restaurants - go to them, not to this one.

Bella Sera is an amazing Italian restaurant . Service was excellent and the food is a step above. I recommend the Crab Cakes and while the pasta and pizza dishes are the go to in an Italian restaurant, the Braised Beef is the gem on this menu.

Place was busy for a Thursday evening. Our waiter was great & extremely accommodating. Food delish & cocktails are very good.. we all order different dishes & drinks among 4 of us & we all were very satisfied with selections! Outside dining in back patio available.
