I ordered two Dole whip drinks, 1 with pineapple juice and 1 without. I went there after work, so the restaurant was basically empty. There are outdoor patio seatings. I'd go again to try their burgers next time. I parked in front of Burgerim.

Pretty decent fast food burger chain in Monrovia - prices are right, staff is very friendly, food is cooked to order and fresh, and they have great views of the SG mountains from their patio. They have a lot of variety on their menu and some vegetarian options and even some beer on tap! We got a coupon in the Monrovia Quarterly mailer so decided to finally give this spot a try. Their prices are very decent already and with the coupon it's even better so keep an eye out for that mailer if you're a Monrovia resident! I went for one of their Classic Angus Beef burgers and some garlic aioli fries. The burger had a nice flavor and all the veggies were super fresh - good quality. The burger patty is just a tad rubbery - very reminiscent of fast food burgers but still decent. The fries were excellent and had a fantastic garlicky sauce on them. The hubby opted for the Hawaiian Salmon burger which comes with a thick salmon patty, pineapple, and a ginger bbq flavor sauce - he really liked it. And we shared a small strawberry shake that was delicious and very thick! Order at the counter here and they'll bring your food out to you. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and modern. There are several TVs inside showing sports and some excellent 360° views of the San Gabriel Mountains from their patio. They have beers on tap as well as some in their cooler case. They have special offers for Wings Wednesday and some fun looking special rum drinks if that's your thing. They're located in the Areum apartments building - very easy to find and has lots of free street parking.

Awesome! Came with my daughter who wanted to dine-in. She loved it. Great food, clean as a whistle, fresh veggies, friendly people. We'll be back with the rest of the family!

Our first time at BurgerIM. The food was prepared quickly and it was really tasty! We enjoyed the chicken wings with Garlic Parmesan sauce, the Club Burger, and sweet potato fries. The girl who took our order was nice and friendly.

We have been coming to this location a couple times now at different times in the day, and it's a nice spot with indoor and outdoor seating. It is super easy to order and it's usually not too busy, which is great. We've wanted to try other items in their menu, but end up always ordering the traditional burger (angus beef) with fries, and the flavor of the meat and the bun is good. They have a decent selection of beers and the price for the pitchers is also reasonable. The staff is usually nice and attentive, but unfortunately, it depends on the shift. We arrived one night at around 8:30ish, and girlie with the big glasses seemed to be in a hurry to close, but instead she took our order. The burgers took a little bit to get to our table, and as she was bringing them she said they were going to close in 10 minutes - basically implying we had to swallow our food whole. We tried to hurry and eat so they could close on time, when she came to our table to say they were closing, effectively kicking us out when we still had a couple of glasses of beer (that we had to put in to-go cups). I understand the need to close at the time they need to close, but if you know your customers won't finish their food and drinks within the time you need, then simply don't take their order. TL;DR is yes, their angus burger, fries and beer pitchers are good, but if you find yourself going after 8:30 pm when the girl with the glasses is working the register, save yourself the trip or be ready to take your food and drinks home.

Located at Fifth and Huntington at the Areum apartments, we found parking on the street. They have indoor and outdoor seating, but we opted for inside since it was a cold Dec night. I was excited to get the 2 duo slider combo with Crispy Chicken and Truffle burger because I love truffle oil. However, the truffle burger did not have any taste at all. It was like they forgot any truffle oil. The crispy chicken was alright, but since I asked for no spicy sauce it was kinda meh too. Fries were a bit dry and the pineapple dole whip was super icy! It didn't taste like the ones at Disneyland at all. I only took a few bites and had to toss it unfortunately. Base on the other good reviews, maybe I just came on an off day? The cashier was very nice though and explain all the questions we had since it was our first visit. Hubby order the Classic Angus and I think it was the $5 regular burger and he thought it was only okay too.

On a Saturday afternoon in December, my sister wanted to eat a small business eatery for lunch. We found parking on the street. The owner greeted us as we looked at the menu. I ordered bbq bacon burger with regular fries and soda. The food came out fast and looked delicious. The burger was juicy on a soft bun with bbq sauce and bacon. The fries were nicely fried with free refill of soda. For dessert, we shared the pineapple ice cream mixed flavor and it was yummy. The place is clean and well kept.

I got food poisoning from this place. My best guess is the lettuce wrap that I substituted. Ordered a duo classic meal around 11:30 am, practically no one around. One crispy chicken, and one angus beef. Both had buns replaced with lettuce. The service is fine, and the establishment, while small, doesn't seem dirty or unclean. The food though is meh at best. Not even mid. Just not a lot of flavor, and meat is just small portioned. As I've said, the worst part is the food poisoning. The entire day I felt listless and miserable, until I blew it all out the other end a few hours later. How did I guess it was the lettuce? By the fact my body refused to digest any of it. The explosion was literally chunks of rejected and undigested lettuce leaf, which has never happened to me before. Felt much better after the deed. I will never come back.

We found out about this online and we decided to try it for lunch. It is in a nice location with outdoor seating too. Very clean and good customer service. There is also enough parking spots as well. We ordered the Truffle Burger and Garlic Aioli Dog. The Truffle Burger was just ok. I did like the Garlic Aioli Dog more though! It was very flavorful and the garlic aioli made this dish tastier. I would definitely order this again. It was filing for me. I would like to try out the Cowboy Burger, Pineapple Dole Soft Serve, Garlic Aoili Fries and Burgerim (round) Fries next time.

BurgerIM impresses with its straightforward, no-frills cowboy burger -- a hit for those who appreciate a pure burger experience without the distraction of veggies. The loaded fries are another crowd-pleaser, and the introduction of unique chip-shaped fries adds a novel twist to the menu. The option to indulge in Dole Whip is a delightful bonus, especially with special flavors announced on Facebook. It's worth keeping an eye out for coupons in the mail, adding value to an already tempting offering. The staff's dedication is evident, contributing positively to each visit. It's a bit of a mystery why such a place isn't bustling with more patrons, possibly attributed to its somewhat concealed location. Nevertheless, it's a gem worth seeking out for a satisfying burger fix.

The lady in the front is not very friendly and rude. I believe she is the owner. My order was ready and she said here lol like really I spent money at your business and all I get is here. Not even have a nice day or a smile. Customer service is a big deal and brings the customers back. Some lady walked in and was taking her about something and she was super rude to her as well. I get you get overwhelmed but that's what you signed up for in that kind of business. Idk I didn't feel good spending my money there with bad customer service. Thank you for replying I appreciate it. I changed my stars to a 4.

I recently tried the Cowboy Burger at BurgerIM, and it was an absolute delight! The combination of flavors in the burger was superb, and the juicy patty was cooked to perfection. What truly stood out were the circle cut fries - they provided a unique and delicious twist to the usual French fries. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that left me craving more!
