I placed my order last minute for my twins birthday. Anna not only had the cupcakes ready by the requested, but also went the extra mile to make them beautiful. She also kept me informed every step of the process. My order was two batches of 20 cupcakes each. The first batch was for my daughter's softball game that ended at 1:30 PM. Their team color is mint. The second batch was for my son's baseball game that ended at 5:00 PM. Their team color is red. Anna made the cupcakes to match their uniform color and the kids loved it. Needless to say the cupcakes were very tasty and some asked for extra. She even put a baseball topper on each cupcake for the baseball team. I guess Anna loves what she does and put in extra effort to make her customers happy. I will definitely call Anna again for my next cupcake order.

These cupcakes are delicious! They are perfectly moist without being too sweet. You can tell that Chay uses the best ingredients in her cupcakes. The presentation is spot on with fun colorful designs. I highly recommend the chocolate chocolate chip flavor. Easy communication and very accommodating to all the requests that I've had. The cupcakes were always ready in time to the specifications that I requested. I will definitely be ordering more in the near future!

I've ordered cupcakes twice so far from Chay. As an Asian, I usually don't like overly sweet desserts or candy-like pastries. The highest compliment would normally be "not too sweet" and that's what Chay's cupcakes were. They hit the right spot of sweetness and moistness, but still have that fun sugary frosting. They were also very cute for the Halloween themed ones.

I ordered 20 cupcakes from Chay, her box held 12 so she gave me 24 beautiful cupcakes and didn't charge me extra which was very kind. But the biggest surprise was when all my friends and the birthday girl had the cupcakes! Not only were they beautiful to look at, they were delicious!! Everyone raved about them! Definitely will order again!
