Greetings Tour
Great franchise location! The owner Lamar is amazing and very supportive of the community. We worked with them and the city to install a Route 66 themed mural ahead of the 2026 Centennial as well as the new Satoru Tsuneishi Park that the artwork will face. I'm excited about being able to enjoy some lunch and bring the kid to the park! The location is also close to hotels for those traveling historic Route 66.

Clean and spacious. Food was excellent with succulent fried chicken. Would give a miss for the grilled chicken nugget though, the grilling doesnt do justice to the juicy meat, making it drier.
Special shout out to Amanda for excellent service, great smile and checked on us if we need refill for drinks and even offered to clear our tray.

First of all, the girl taking my order kept on getting my name wrong. I guess it's not like the past more respect for customers. Well I just had washed my car and they had the fans with water on, which ruined my car wash. I would understand if people were waiting in line outside to cool down. But why in the drive thru.

I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but today was disappointing. I ordered chicken tenders at the drive-thru and received the wrong order. When I parked and went inside to let them know, both the manager and associate were rude and made me feel like I was a nuisance for simply asking for what I paid for. The customer service fell short of what I normally expect from Chick-fil-A.
It wasn’t bad I would give her a five star for service four star for food and four star for atmosphere

Retrain one of your cashiers, I usually get good service here. But Dominic the cashier made a small mistake but instead of just handling it, gave attitude and threw my receipt at me, in kind of a disrespectful way, left and made the other guy fix his mistake.

Worst experience ever at a Chick Fil A. This is at 8 PM on August 6, 2025
Awful service. They got more than half our order wrong. We had to park the car and go inside to get it fixed. They were rude and acted like we were trying to run a scam on them. They couldn’t bring back up my order from two minutes before and insisted I go back out to the car and get the receipt they stuck on the side of the bag. It was impossible for them to look it up in their system.
It then took them 10 minutes to correct the order. (That’s after we waited in a very short line in the drive-through that took an excessive amount of time)
The only thing worse than the service were the people who caused the bad service. Worst experience I’ve ever had a Chick-fil-A.
