Staff, greeted me at door and directed me to the to go station with clear instructions when I asked where it was. I was greeted promptly and the younh ladies were very pleasant and warm. Food (steak fajitas and rack of ribs) was packaged nicely and very tasty. A good experience.

Here you'll find plenty to choose from, for my family it's the 3 For Me or the Triple Dipper. There is never a wait at this location, which is always great! The hostess always opens the door before I can and greets with one of the biggest smiles. Seated promptly, the waiter and waitress move to get your drinks since we always know what we want it makes for quick ordering... With plenty of televisions around to watch your team and grab bite and a drink or both!! There is plenty of parking, so fret not. Oh and they are fast with the food so you should come check them our.

It's more of a sports grill. But things have changed. They remove the coleslaw off the menu sad they did.
Parking: Only 6 disabled ♿ parking spaces. But try to pull into 1. Some people tho k. Will. Ross the white and blue line so that no disabled ♿ person can park. Or people not disabled ♿ park in the disabled ♿ parking space. Shame on them. They use there grandfather's. Grandmother's. Moms. Dads or another family member disabled place cards.

Took my family here after a visit to the Zoo. And Our waitress acted like we were always burden to her. And asked if we wanted her to bring out our salads right away. We said yes. We didn't see her for over an hour after that. Customer service is very important. This Chili's doesn't see it that way. The general manager gave us a discount. But that doesn't correct the service issue. I won't be back

I was here with my family a week ago I'm very good at leaving a tip but I'm very disappointed at the person who served us as he took the tip on his own my bill was 219.00 and I handed him 250.00 never came back with change I guess he assumed that if we were having drinks I wouldn't notice he didn't give me back the change I'm leaving this review because if this happened to me what happens to other people who pay with card that are also having drinks I feel I got taken advantage of since we were drinking. Now I'm wondering if my bill was really 219.00 since he didn't give me a receipt.
Ate at Chili’s in Monrovia Ca. Crappy food and customer service and their manager was bad attitude. 1st we ordered the Old time burger. The meat was very very tiny and went out past 4 inches out of the bun and it looked disgusting. I confronted 2 manger there and they ignored the fact on how the burger was thin instead mad up excuses it’s suppose to be that way. The manger name is David was no help and didn’t even apologize for the way it looked. And Emily was not helpful as well. She said they smashed it. And they smashed it again very very thin like no meat was there. BS. And they even smashed the bun down flat. I didn’t order a smash burger, what’s that about??? The buns looked like thin end bun on both ends. And my order the chicken sandwich bun was also smashed really down flat. The waiter was ok. He wasn’t the very best that I had in the past dining in other Chili’s. It would of been nice even an apology from the managers. Again all I got was excuses excuses excuses. It’s not worth it to dine there. It was a waste of money and time. I didn’t leave no tip cause they didn’t deserve it. They should have refunded me back for that smashed burger for their rudeness in smashing it nothing and giving me the wrong order.

Ordered to go and asked for utensils, was staying in a hotel and needed silverware, went back in to get some and they were literally out of plastic silverware, like you should always stock up, I had to go to a grocery store open late night and get plastic silverware by the time I got to my hotel my food was cold
