My recent visit to Chili's was nothing short of fantastic. Our waiter was exceptionally nice and attentive, adding to the enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean, which was very reassuring. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! Each dish was prepared to perfection, leaving us completely satisfied. I highly recommend Chili's for a great meal and excellent service.

My Riby steak was awesome but we also ordered a beef, shrimp & chicken plate that the beef was to tough to eat & was told the next time back they'll take care of us. I didn't want to make a big deal because I just did a 11 & 1/2 hour drive from Fresno & still had to drive to Hemet.

Our lunch was okay.. compared to times past. I'm hoping it was just an "off day" but I do have to say the server tried very hard to do her best.
Very, very poor service, the host completely ignored me when i ask to be put on the list. Once seated, i got a beer which was completely flat and warm. I asked for another one and it took them about 12 minutes to bring it to my table. the food was horrible and cold. It was not even busy or overcrowded... i usually don't write bad reviews but this one needed to be here...

Main issue is the restroom which needs attention. It makes one wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen.No, I didn't have a great experience, it was good. I don't like my restroom comment being downplayed and avoided, especially being seated close to it.
