This is my favorite place to come when i hate myself, because it reminds me everyone else hates their lives, too. Its great! 10/10

Great experience and great friendly staff! Good speed and great portions, and when asked for anything they were completely on it. One of the best chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Let me just say too: I was having a tough night before I came in, life as we all know can be tough, but my experience here really uplifted everything and will have a big ripple effect on the uber shift I now do all night. It’s just more testament for why we shouldn’t underestimate the differences we can make, the ripple effects even of seemingly small things can be far bigger than we often realize. 🙏✊

I try something new each time — sometimes sofritas, sometimes barbacoa — and it’s amazing how consistent the flavor is. It’s fun to feel like a mini chef, choosing each ingredient yourself. It’s clean, quick, and always tasty. And if you add their spicy chipotle sauce — fire! The cozy vibe and friendly staff make this fast food spot feel like something more. It’s a place you want to come back to.

In sunny Monrovia, there’s a wonderful Chipotle that I always love coming back to. I got a bowl with chicken and enjoyed a stunning view. The atmosphere is amazing — great music plays, and I feel like singing every time I come here. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. The large, convenient parking lot makes the place even better. It’s not just fast food — it’s a vibe, energy, and good mood in every bite. Highly recommended!

This location has also gone to hell. The chicken is always burnt beyond recognition by the staff. Seriously it isn’t edible. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. I don’t understand how their employees knowingly burn chicken this bad and feel it’s ok to serve to paying customers.

Sadly this once was a great location that served good food.

So we live very close and this has always been a lunch spot or after gym spot . But this place is going down hill for sure . The last 2 times we went absolutely horrible customer service everyone is either faded out there mind or just don’t want to work there at all, very rude. Went in tonight to grab a quick bite. The place was a mess , it was only 7pm , no rice ready no chicken only steak , the brown rice we got was literally not cooked so hard it s still stuck in my teeth !! No napkins available anywhere trash overflowing tables completely filthy yet like 8 people basically working doing nothing, asked to speak to manager it was some kid that didn’t care about anything only had excuses we got our money back and will absolutely never be coming back to this location , I will be emailing chipotle as well !! Don’t come here !

I never wanted to try Chipotle. I purchased a gift card last month. Last week, my husband and I went to Chipotle for the first time. I ordered a chicken bowl and my husband ordered 2 steak taco and 1 carnitas taco. The food was very fresh. My great-niece have been telling us for years to try Chipotle. Chipotle is her favorite Mexican restaurant. We will definitely be back .

Chipotle Mexican Grill is my favorite fast food. You can choose your own ingredients. I like to add a lot of green vegetables, guacamole, and tomatoes. I like the taste, but the chicken is a bit tough.

Horrible service, asked me to wait 8 minutes before giving me attitude when prepared my food wrong. People should quit if they hate their job.

The worst location I have been from this joint. The employees just don’t want to work. The management apparently don’t care. They were chatting in the kitchen when there is a line forming outside. I waited 20 mins before they greeted me. Then they got no chicken, no white rice, no salad dressing an hour before they close. Ridiculous right?
