Chipotle Mexican Grill

I never wanted to try Chipotle. I purchased a gift card last month. Last week, my husband and I went to Chipotle for the first time. I ordered a chicken bowl and my husband ordered 2 steak taco and 1 carnitas taco. The food was very fresh. My great-niece have been telling us for years to try Chipotle. Chipotle is her favorite Mexican restaurant. We will definitely be back .

Chipotle Mexican Grill is my favorite fast food. You can choose your own ingredients. I like to add a lot of green vegetables, guacamole, and tomatoes. I like the taste, but the chicken is a bit tough.

Horrible service, asked me to wait 8 minutes before giving me attitude when prepared my food wrong. People should quit if they hate their job.

Food is made fresh, I recommend the guacamole cuz it's to die for. I like that you could choose what you want in your bowl. Great customer service.

The worst location I have been from this joint. The employees just don’t want to work. The management apparently don’t care. They were chatting in the kitchen when there is a line forming outside. I waited 20 mins before they greeted me. Then they got no chicken, no white rice, no salad dressing an hour before they close. Ridiculous right?

Awful customer service provided by the manager on duty who refused to honor a valid chipotle rewards offer and proved to be completely unreasonable. Will not be coming back to this chipotle nor should you.

Come here every week and it seems to be getting worse each time. The workers seem to put less and less portions of the protein. Asked for extra rice to substitute beans and the server did not do that so I asked again for extra rice and she did not like that. When it came to the chicken there was hardly any added just try to top it off with the topping to hide the fact that not much chicken was given. The workers are not friendly at all seem to be bothered when asked for things

The manager with glasses, extremely rude,no customer service Training or skills, will not be returning to this location I rather drive to Old Town Myrtle avenue and visit chronic tacos great customer service on this guy needs lots of training 😡

Double meat? More like half meat. V disappointing ?

Food was quality was average many empty containers on the line that looked dry and crusty. The Agua Frescas dispenser where all empty except one, looks like no one cared to replenish. The employee on the line were not very friendly, no smiles! Will we come back here? Probably NOT.
