Horrible service, rude, EXTREMELY slow. I came here April 20th at 430 pm 2024 . 1 person serving and apparently 4 standing right behind her supervising. She had zero sense of urgency, rude, arrogant ( which is funny, sense her chosen career is scooping vegetables on burritos) food was cold.This goes directly to ownership, either they don't care or don't have the ability to train properly. The Chipotle at the Mall is much better.

I am very disappointedI am currently pregnant, so I was craving Chipotle, I got Barbacoa, white rice Guacamole Sour crema and cheese,I got a big piece of fat of Barbacoa and a big pieces of Avocado that was very hard, I am very disappointed

They handle your food in a very bad way; unorganized steps to dump everything in 30 seconds. No training on food handling ; can’t wrap burritos without making a mess

I’d like to warn anyone who is thinking of coming to this chipotle location. DO NOT COME HERE. I am a big fan of chipotle but this is the worst experience I’ve had by far at any of them. The serving was so small half a spin of beans and meat didn’t even fill up half of the bowl I ordered 2 bowls and paid 30 bucks. If you combine both my bowls you might get a full bowl. Also the flat top was so caked up with burnt meat it was so disgusting. I’ll never ever go to this location again don’t waste your time and money.

Once I walked in I immediately noticed how disgusting the tables were and I wouldn’t be able to sit and eat after a long days work. I ordered my food to go. The counter at the register was full of food pieces. The worker slid my salsa across the dirty counter as well as my food bowl. Once I got my cup for a drink, the drink area was also full of trash and straw wrappers and spilt beverages. As I walked out I walked past the 3 trash cans which were full and one was overflowing. Then I arrived home, the bowl I ordered was good, but these chips are fricken stale and seem to have been out ALL DAY! I then try to call the restaurant and the phone is disconnected. I am so beyond disgusted with this place and urge anyone to try another location! I didn’t have my phone while inside or I would have taken photos, trust!!!!

Every time I buy food from this location, I don't feel welcome. People working here are rude, you feel like you asking them for free food, and they are always in a bad mood, like if they don't want to be working there. They could use a little bit of costumer service training!!!

See the pictures of 3oz of chewed meat? It was grisly, fatty and unable to be chewed, so it was spit out. That is the majority of the meat they used! See the small tablespoon of guacamole? That was nearly $3.00 for that and I wasn't told that it would be $3.00 for garnish. See the $17.95 paid? This was suppossed to be a $10-$12 to go order, but this location did not disclose that the carne asada was nearly $13! That is not legal. See the rice? no? that is because the new employee barely put any on the servinig spoon. Sorry you have to pay $15-$20 to your employees, but I expect the same quality I used to get and I don't expect to spit half my order out. Oh, and no where on their website is there a place to send this along with my receipt or phone number. they have a survey which does not ask for that, so basically, there is no recourse unless I bring chewed up fat back to the store! The link they sent upon seeing this is a joke! it is not clickable and the left no contact info! And, I already left that review on that site. If Christopher is not a bot and read my review, here, he would see that Chipotle does not ask for a name or contact info. you can only leave a review, not ask for a manager to call.

Got a bowl to go for a family member. Ingredients looked fresh but low on quantity when I was being served. Restaurant was clean inside, but patio wasn't trash and food particles on the tables. The service was quick, not one of them smiled, they seemed disinterested that I was a customer. Especially the young lady who rang my order, she was leading against the counter and seemed unhappy. K (1st. Initial) could use some customer service training. The rest of the staff needs training on how to pleasantly approach customers. I don't recommend this location if customer service is important. H 1st initial general manager needs to speak and work with the staff.

Ordered typical bowl with rice, black beans and chicken. Add guacamole, yes I know it's extra. Literally they put 1 tablespoon dolip on for the extra $2.85. I made a comment and they just laughed.Won't be going to Chipotle any time soon and probably never to the Monrovia one again.

First time I visited this location I was served by a girl. She was gr8. Food met my expectations. Second time, "NO BUENO" The guy didn't even say hello. Terrible personality. Food taste like $hit. I went there hoping the guy about 5'9 - 5'10" mustache and light beard wasn't there. I walked thru the doors and I said F***. Turned around and didn't want to put up with your $hit!!! Now I know NEVER go back to this location. Your attitude $uck with your horrible service!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! I went to Chick-Fil-a where they always say "My Pleasure" with sincerity + smile . You feel like they appreciate my business. We all have choices!!!
