drove all the way over here from the other cold stone started driving at 9 from alhambra. Got here near about 935. Walked up 946 and bam they were closed. And btw the Alhambra had a terrible set up. Wasted gas and time 2x attempting to go to a cold stone. Was once in a log long time. Never again.

If I can give this establishment 0 stars I would. I have never received such poor customer service. I do not recommend this Coldstone location to anyone. I ordered a $50 custom cake a few days ago and this is what I received. Firstly, the worked handed me the bag closed and I just knew something was wrong. I opened it up in the store and I was appalled. The cake was absolutely atrocious. I have never seen something so poorly made in my life. The cake was falling apart in front of me. One piece of Oreo fell down. I have no words for the writing and the ganache and chocolate shavings had missing spots throughout the cake. I have no idea how this is even considered ok.

Secondly, aside from the looks the cake I just want to point out that point did the worker ever apologize or seem any bit empathetic towards my frustration. Can you imagine that you order a cake and now you have to show up to a birthday without one due the fact that you’d be embarrassed to show up with it? We were offered a large cake however the price difference between this and our customer cake was $5. At this point, I was beyond frustrated and simply wanted a refund. The worker said she was UNABLE to provide me a refund without her managers approval. Fine, we waited. The manager did not answer after three tries and at this point we were very late to our event. The worker did not try to resolve this situation whatsoever, we had to ask for the manager to contact us regarding this.

About an hour later, we received a call from the worker and not the manager. The solution they wanted to provide was to give us just a 20% refund and their reasoning was that this was a custom cake. Although I understand this is a custom cake, do you see the cake? In what world would anyone want this? And let alone by $50 for this cake? What a joke.

Please fix your AC! Not only for your customers but for your employees! We just came from the monrovia store and had the worst experience ever. While opening the door, you can feel the heat and the employees were sweating. The employees looked uncomfortable, miserable and unhappy to be there. No one should be working in these conditions during a heat wave.

On 5/11/25, around 8pm, We ordered 5 ice creams and by the time we got the last one, two were melted. This is completely unacceptable and management needs to resolve this issue asap. Your customers shouldn't pay $35 for melted ice cream. I expect management to contact me for a full refund.

Every time I come to Cold Stone, I’m reminded of why it’s my favorite ice cream shop. The ice cream is always fresh, and you can tell they use high quality ingredients. I tried their Birthday Cake Remix last time, and it was out of this world. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It’s always a treat to stop by!

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery, and I’m hooked! The service was quick and friendly, and the staff was so helpful in guiding me to the best choices. The ice cream itself is phenomenal creamy and full of flavor. I love how they let you choose the exact mix-ins you want, so it's always personalized. The store is cozy, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Cold Stone Creamery is hands down my favorite ice cream spot! The variety of flavors is amazing, and I love that you can create your own custom mix-ins. The staff is always friendly, and the store is clean and inviting. Whether I’m in the mood for something fruity, chocolatey, or indulgent, they always have something to satisfy my craving.

Been coming here for years. This place is supposed to be about getting your ice cream made your way, but I just came from there tonight and the kid working gives me an attitude after I notice he puts one scoop of peanut butter in my peanut butter ice cream. I ordered the biggest quart size and you’re making it like it’s a small. Then, he proceeds to short me on the ice cream that I paid 28 dollars for and doesn’t even fill it up. Then he has the nerve to ask me for a tip! Apparently they have money to do reservations but not to hire someone that takes pride in their work. Owner should check the cameras and watch the workers shorting customers on product. No worries, there’s an ice cream parlor literally right across the street I don’t mind spending at. Pathetic. Look at the photo, do you see any peanut butter or peanut butter cups in my peanut butter cup perfection? I just paid nearly 30 bucks for a quart of chocolate ice cream.

With only a small sum of money and unable to afford lunch, I decided to settle for ice cream. It couldn't cost much right? Brother was I wrong, a small cup for $10+? Are they infusing diamonds into their ice cream? And forget going for any cheaper alternatives, a small fun size kit kat will cost you $2; they call it "add ons". Well it definitely will add on to my credit card debt. The store was noticeably dirty as well.

The employee was wonderful though, if i recall correctly it was a decent gentleman called Leo. Despite my bad attitude over the overpriced prices, he maintained a positive attitude. My mood got way better, and decided to settle for expensive ice cream thanks to this man. Anyways, he talked me through all the options and decided on a love it coffee lovers. Speaking of love its coffee, why the hell is the owner meat riding the store. Mira, please it makes you look unprofessional. Apart from Leo, I remember Kurt, Madison, Tristan, Lia, and Trey. They were all good and friendly kids.

Went into this tsore to cool down because the weather was way too hot. The staff that works here are super friendly and down to earth. They were patient in letting me pick which flavors I wanted and never pushy with the easier selections. Highly recommend this location especially with this weeks heatwave.

I don’t know what it is about these specific employees tonight but if they’re going to project their personal problems on customers & have UNHYGIENIC practices, then I’d say definitely avoid this place. I had no problems with anyone & was in a pretty good mood coming in but the boy working today seemed to feel the complete opposite & wanted to project onto me & the girl seemed to want to defend him. The boy already seemed to be in a bad mood when he walked out to help the girl. The girl started on my husband’s order of cake batter & Oreos & the boy started on my order of mud pie mojo. Btw there was no other customer in the store besides me so it’s not like there was a rush of customers that could’ve possibly stressed him out. Everything was fine even when he was slamming the ice cream onto the stone, I thought he must be having a bad day & I for one did not want to add to it. Even when I saw he grabbed still wrapped peanut butter cups & restocked the one in front I told him “that looks like you’re starting Reese’s peanut cup perfection, sorry my order is for mud pie mojo”, he slammed the still wrapped Reese’s onto the stone & then back into the container. He then proceeds to take the bucket of peanut butter from the floor & slams the whole bucket onto the stone. At that point I said “I don’t even want that ice cream anymore if he’s going to be doing that where food is prepared”. It’s one thing to have a bad attitude & project it onto customers but another to have complete disregard for sanitary food handling. Especially when I’m 9 months pregnant this is something I don’t want to risk. I asked the girl if I could speak to someone about this because now the unsanitary part is really concerning. She says there’s no number to call besides the store number. & I’m like okay well bring your shift lead out then. & this is how it was sus. She goes to the back & is back there for awhile. I’m assuming she must have been talking to the shift lead. I guess shift lead wanted to hide. She comes back out saying they don’t have a shift lead tonight. Odd. I worked at a Coldstone for 4 years during my highschool to college days. There was always a shift lead, I was a shift lead haha. I asked if I could get a refund then because I was not about to let my husband eat possibly CONTAMINATED ice cream if that boy has been in a bad mood and putting things onto the stone that shouldn’t even be on there. She says she doesn’t know how to. Great. I can understand the attitude if perhaps I was being a Karen but I can most definitely assure anyone reading this I’m just someone who wanted to get some ice cream because of baby cravings & was met hostility for no reason. To the employees who see this, please do better kids. The childish display was not it!
