I’ve been coming this place for almost 2 months so recently today It’s8:20 fthe employee. I don’t know the name and it’s Tuesday. He says I can have lemonade. I wanted just plain lemonade and he told me he can’t serve me lemonade i ask to see manager he said the manager is not here so I can’t talk to her or he he says I can give you email number. You can talk to them. but I’ve been getting the same thing for almost 2 months. Bad customer service the teas are great, but a bad customer service just for today

Very cute shop, nice vibe. I ordered Haikkado milk tea with a cream top and I detected no hint of cream. If it was in there I couldn't tell. Got the drink to go so I didn't know until I left the shop.

Nice interiors, the menu board is large and easy to read. Counter service was friendly and helpful.
However, the teas are watery and weak we were terribly disappointed with our purchase. I had the Thai Tea and my daughter had the Chai Tea. The kids had the Oreo cookie beverage.

This boba is so good - got the brown sugar matcha at 25% which is “not too sweet” but sweet enough. Decent parking options in the area, and a generally good atmosphere of the shop.
The matcha is really good, especially with the limited sweetness.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Cup of Cha for about 5 years now. This is the BEST boba on Myrtle, the other competitors may have their benefits but they just do not compare to Cup of Cha. The sweetness of the tea is on point, the tapioca balls are always fresh, and their staff is nothing but friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Great spot for the family to grab some boba and hang out in the lobby!

Service was great but drinks are below satisfactory. Ordered a matcha with less ice and ice was filled to the top , and the drink didn’t taste like matcha at all just milk . Ordered the hot chocolate and it was warm at best and didn’t taste good either.
