I was so looking forward to dining here. Very disappointed with the food. The antipasto salad was terrible. The salami and cheese tasted like wax. It was 90% lettuce. The side order of cheese bread was barely baked and it was a very small portion cut into four slices. I asked for a draft beer in a certain brand and it wasn't close to what I'm familiar with. Regarding the service, we were rushed into ordering. The meatball sandwich looked good but it wasn't. The meatball was hard and salty. I sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air. I've been frequenting their restaurants since the 1980's. I will not be returning.

We were sat on the outside of the restaurant and it was raining and cold. Other than that it was good food and drinks.

Tried the lunch buffet. Chicken wings were little dry mostly crunch not to much meat. Pizza was only pepperoni would of been good if there was more toppings options. Chicken and mushrooms was good. Soups e good. Pasta needs a bit more flavoring. Garlic bread was good. Shrimp salad needed more flavor since it's a cold dish. Didn't try the ravioli. 3/5.

So I have been coming here on and off for 2 decades. Never have i thought I would spend $52.70 for me and my 6 year old before a tip. A soda, kids spaghetti, regular spaghetti and a large salad. Just a year ago I would have paid maybe $30 tops. This is just insane. Was told owner change and this will be the last time I ever eat here again. Goodluck Domenico's. I wish the new owners the best of luck

The food was... nothing special about the meal. We ordered pizzas, lasagna, shrimp scampi, BBQ ribs, chicken wings, cheese sticks, steak, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, chicken parm sandwich, seafood Alfredo, cheese ravioli, meat ball and spaghetti, salads, and minestrone soup. Everything taste just ok. No dish that stood out for us. The service was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A large one looked like a mini pizza, super cold, the pasta without flavor, I was expecting something that would fascinate me.

First time dining here for a family gathering. We came here at noon on a Sunday and it was not too crowded. They have a nice outdoor patio area that can be reserved for special events. Great place for large groups. They have a happy hour menu for steaks and pasta dishes. They have ok portions. Very filling. The presentation although was a bit disappointing on the baked lasagna and baked eggplant. I noticed everyone else at our table had their meals served on big dinner plates. My eggplant and boyfriend's lasagna arrived on what looked like side plates. His also looked liked the pasta was starting to slope down. Just an observance for a $25 menu item. The calamari, shrimp and bread was good. Romantic atmosphere and lovely Italian vibe overall. We appreciate the manager Rick for the hospitality and dining experience.Parking: Domenico's has their own parking lot next to Jack N The Box parking lot.

If you are a fan of buffets and Italian food, well stop by Domenico's in Monrovia and you'll have your fill. The layout is small but you will not be disappointed. The food is delicious! I've been working in the area for 10 year, and I'm kicking myself for not stopping by sooner, the pizza alone is delicious. This is a must stop in your food tour.

Wife and I decided to try the lunch buffet and were pretty shocked to see the “buffet”. It consisted of one maybe 10’ table and maybe 12 different choices with highlights including store bought meatballs in a bland sauce and ribs that had been lightly hugged by bbq sauce. For what pretty much came out to $25 a person with a drink, it was just sub par food for a place that’s supposed to be a local favorite spot. I don’t know if the regular menu is way better, but we don’t think we’ll come back to try it.

We looked at the menu and picked what we would order. We were going to pick up the order. On the menu (which was hard to get to) it said the entree came with soup or salad and bread) when I called to place order they said it did not come with the soup or salad because it was a take out order, which it did not say on the menu.False advertisement. The food was ok but for the price not worth it!!!!I will never order from there again.
