I visited Elements a few times for breakfast that was covered by my Hilton status and dining credit, so this is a review based on not paying anything outright. As of September 2025, the breakfast when using the dining credit as a Hilton Gold or Diamond member is $13 per person. If you are dining without the credit, it is $19.99 per person. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with an omelette station. There wasn't a ton of variation from day-to-day but they had the hits - scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bell peppers, roasted potatoes, pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, oats, cereal, and juices. They also had some things I don't see as often at hotel breakfasts, like white rice and grits.

The staff was friendly and cleaned the tables pretty efficiently as well. I wouldn't necessarily pay $19.99 for this breakfast, but it was a good, filling breakfast option.

We ordered pick up and when we asked the bartender for a new drink because it was watered down before we got there (he should have just made the drink when we got there, takes 30 seconds). He rolled his eyes at us which was the first strike.

The fish tacos was a small slice of fish katsu cut into 3 pieces and overly salty. We weren't expecting much, but I'd rather pay a little more for 2 full size fish tacos. Strike 2

We ordered the burger medium and it was pretty much raw. We ended up putting it in the microwave because we didn't want to deal with the bartender again. Strike 3

If it wasn't for our breakfast server, this place would have 1 star. She was friendly and very attentive. She anticipated our needs and everything at our table before we even had to ask. The breakfast wasn't great, but considerably better than our previous dinner.

Excellent chef, bartenders (John & George) and wait staff (Jasmine, Vanessa). Home away from home.

Overpriced breakfast. Do yourself a favor and go to the Chick-fil-A right outside, its cheaper and better.

Excellent breakfast buffet with all kinds of hot options including eggs, potatoes, bacon (everyone cares about bacon). They also have a waffle maker and an omelet station. They have fresh fruits and also an a la carte breakfast menu. They were able to provide gluten-free bread for me (do not recommend for Celiacs) and almond milk for the coffee.Dinner service is acceptable. Their burgers are yummy. My husband was not impressed with salmon. Drinks are good, too.

I chose Elements for breakfast and dinner several times during a recent stay. I really enjoyed the made-to-order omelets as part of the breakfast buffet, always cooked exactly as ordered. Additionally, the Brick oven pizza was great! The only dish that didn't satisfy was the Blackened Cajun Chicken. While it was good, it definitely wasn't blackened. Will definitely visit again. Evening bartenders and servers were great!

65.00 for a breakfast buffet that was the equivalent of a free Best Western meal, and that's being generous. The entire Doubletree experience was garbage from start to finish. We actually drove home

We ate breakfast here, loved it, so we came back for lunch the next day and they even packed us non-perishable food for the plane ride home that evening. I would venture to say that we had the best meal on the plane home. My regret, I didn't try any of the pastries...sigh...they looked perfect.
