Haven't been here in around 2 years. I asked what happened to the Asian owner operator. They told me he left in December.I ordered my usual: 2x XXXLs with swiss cheese, bacon, and egg.Not going to speculate what happened or if they've updated their processes, but the current product they serve is much better than what I regularly had two years ago.The key difference is that the Maillard reaction is much more apparent now which makes all the difference. Always loved fat burger since first trying it in burbank. Just wish there was more of them. At least one closer to me. Still, a six mile drive is worth it. Some of the best burgers on the market. And of course, the fat fries. This location has been solid. Can get a little busy sometimes. But, no complaints about waiting for a fresh made burger.

I missed the old menu. While the names are the same the burgers are different. In the past they had two different size burgers, the fat burger and the king burger. The king burger was wider than the fat burger, so you got more bread. I prefer more meat to the bread. So in the past, I would order a double fat burger.
