Why no more strips of bacon only bacon bits? Seems like a bad decision. Why out of 4-5 employees they only speak 2-3 words of English? Not 1 person could answer why no more bacon strips, just bacon bits.
Maybe Homeland Security and ICE need to visit the store. It seems insane that not 1 employee knew English in Monrovia Ca. Not 1.
Dec. 29, 2025. 3:52pm In one day they do not offer Jumbp Platter. So I want the egg burrito with strips of pictures and she said they do not carry strips of bacon anymore. All the PICTURES ARE WRONG. All are Fraud she, Adriana, admitted to.. When will the pics be amen down? The manager is off on a break at a store. How many hours quill it be before you gets back I asked Adriana and she said , oh nooo I lied. She won’t be back tomorrow. Why did she lie to me? Just because it’s all about bacon strips and not bacon hard bits of plastic? Is it because I’m White, I can’t get strips because I’m an old White Lady? Please explain. Why are pictures up of strips but you don’t carry them?

Total waste of time ordering ahead on the mobile app. They will take their time serving you and will instead take care of drive thru orders and people who order in the store. Very poor customer service.

I went in this morning for breakfast. I order ahead as I usually do. When I got to the window the manager working quickly opened it, said “park at spot 1” and then closed it immediately and went back to doing stuff on the order screen. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for condiments or anything so I waited a second to get her attention to make sure I could get some ketchup. She rolled her eyes at me and brushed me off towards the waiting spot. The sever lack of customer service skills is concerning for someone in a management role. I will not be returning to this location. There’s 2 other Jack in The Box restaurants within a mile. I don’t like being made to feel like I’m less than someone when I’m just trying to get breakfast.

We went to this location today like at 1;30 pm when we enter the store nobody greeting us a old lady was in the counter right behind the main one she didn’t even make eye contact with us she took like 4-5 minutes to approach us and she said the regular phrase “ how can I half you “ not even ( hi welcome how can I help you ) this was the worst customer service ever in any fast food testaurante

Asked for my son's cheeseburger be plain because he doesnt like pickles or condiments on it, and it was loaded with ketchup, mustard and pickes. Very disappointed.

Maria took a very long time to help get our order. Multiple people were complaining because she’s very slow taking orders and also giving your order. She has cars just parked and waiting even just for an ice coffe. Management should come and overview this place as it needs customer service to improve.
