I’ve been to this location several times over the past 3 years. Most recently the drive thru lady in the afternoons is GREAT! So friendly, fast and efficient!! I think her name may be Ereidi, based on my receipt. I just want to give her positive recognition that she deserves.

9-6-25 afternoon. I was at the Jack in The box Monrovia and I went up to the counter and I used a coupon and I said please make sure that the french fries are hot. I also said instead of the yellow cheese I wanted the Swiss cheese because I don't like yellow cheese and he said yes so I also said that when I was here a few months ago I went through the drive-thru two different times two different days and I said please make sure the french fries are hot but they were not hot so I explained that to the guy at the counter. When I sat down I tried a french fry and it was not hot so I went up to the counter and I said the french fries are not hot and and the hamburger had yellow cheese when I asked for Swiss cheese. He said well 20 minutes has gone by and then I said when I first sat down it was not hot and we were doing something. We were trying to do photos and so I said can I please exchange this for hot fries and he said he has to ask his manager plus he said when I gave him the coupon not to write over the code and I said you're the first person who has ever told me not to write over the code. Because I always write the expiration date on each coupon. Don't you have a display of coupons that tells you what the coupons are for? They had them do over the hamburger with Swiss cheese and the only thing that was left to do was to get hot french fries but then he said he'd have to talk to the manager. The manager showed up and she basically repeated what the guy said and then I said are you telling me that I'm lying that the french fries we're not hot cuz I told him when I sat down I did try the french fry and it was not hot and you don't believe me? Then she said that she would refuse service that I could not use the coupons and then I said well the coupon that I use includes french fries so now I cannot eat any french fries. I was thinking that and I said to her I don't think french fries cost a lot of money for you guys couldn't you just swap out the french fries for hot fries? She finally gave me the hot fries after all of that and then she said you cannot use your coupons and we won't be serving you and so I felt that in all of my life (I am a senior) having to go to many fast food chains I have never ever been told that. I felt discriminated. I was embarrassed that I was treated that way and I felt that this was very bad service from this location.

This site has always been fairly good but today the service was subpar. My receipt reflected 2 Sweet &Sour dips added to my order but there wasn't any (not one), they really need to check the receipt or ask again if the order is complete if they want my business.

They always get the orders wrong, they never double check the order before handing it over. This always happens and it's getting to the point where it's a waste of money to even go. The workers need to be held more accountable for their errors and be fired. Jack needs more competent workers it's not that hard to take an order and ensure it is correct.

I ordered the T Pain bugernator munchie meal. I was waiting for my stuffed cookie and taco and air freshener, they gave me no taco and churros instead of the cookie. And I'm missing my air freshener. T Pain would never approve.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I literally just left this location. I ordered the jumbo platter, I asked the young lady if she could add a few French toast in the platter since I didn't want the meat. She tried to charge me an additional cost for it when I really wasn't adding anything. I politely asked to speak with the manager and she stated she was the only one there. I literally just left there, it's 11:40 pm. Her name was sella or cella - mexican young girl. She should be fired - terrible customer service. On top of that, I went to another location and they didn't have a problem doing what I asked.
