I went to the Jack-in-the-Box on Huntington today and the same guy that took my order had on one glove on his right hand, but when he was making someone’s chicken strips sandwich or chicken sandwich, he reached in there and got it with the hand that has no glove got all the works with the hand that has no glove then, when he noticed me watching he started using that hand with the glove I just feel like that’s completely nasty whenever t You walk in the fast food establishment and they’re making your sandwich whatever the case may be they should always wear gloves

This place a lot of one star ⭐️ reviews and I get it now. The management needs to make some necessary changes or the place will close down soon.
Beware and don’t order their tacos unless you want food poisoning. Me and a my brother went in on 11/29/2024 ordered food. my brother ordered tacos we sat down he taken a bite and said it tasted funny. He told me he has ordered plenty of tacos from Jack-in-the-Box, but this order tasted funny to him. I said don’t eat them. An hour later, after taking a bite of the tacos, he conducted food poisoning and was out for the rest of the day, throwing up his guts!! so be aware of this place if you order any type of food, you may conduct food poisoning from this place this place needs to be shut down. The restrooms were disgusting no toilet paper in there. The tables were absolutely dirty. Horrible place to eat don’t eat this garbage food.

Customer Service is horrible the employee name Nora and the male manager is very rude, they gave me an additude the whole time I was waiting for my food. I specifically said a single jumbo jack and was giving a double jumbo jack which was very oily. The disrespect is unreal I will be reporting this to corporate.

They are the worst! If you want terrible service,or when you go there you find they're closed when they're supposed to be open etc, This is the place to go! I ordered a breakfast sandwich one time and there was only cheese and bread.They forgot all the other ingredients. I don't like to go and eat at places like this, but sometimes when there's nowhere else to go late at night . So in conclusion, the best thing you can do for yourself, it's to skip this place and cook at home! Not only will it be healthier, you'll save money..
