They always get the orders wrong, they never double check the order before handing it over. This always happens and it's getting to the point where it's a waste of money to even go. The workers need to be held more accountable for their errors and be fired. Jack needs more competent workers it's not that hard to take an order and ensure it is correct.

I ordered the T Pain bugernator munchie meal. I was waiting for my stuffed cookie and taco and air freshener, they gave me no taco and churros instead of the cookie. And I'm missing my air freshener. T Pain would never approve.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I literally just left this location. I ordered the jumbo platter, I asked the young lady if she could add a few French toast in the platter since I didn't want the meat. She tried to charge me an additional cost for it when I really wasn't adding anything. I politely asked to speak with the manager and she stated she was the only one there. I literally just left there, it's 11:40 pm. Her name was sella or cella - mexican young girl. She should be fired - terrible customer service. On top of that, I went to another location and they didn't have a problem doing what I asked.

I went to the Jack-in-the-Box on Huntington today and the same guy that took my order had on one glove on his right hand, but when he was making someone’s chicken strips sandwich or chicken sandwich, he reached in there and got it with the hand that has no glove got all the works with the hand that has no glove then, when he noticed me watching he started using that hand with the glove I just feel like that’s completely nasty whenever t You walk in the fast food establishment and they’re making your sandwich whatever the case may be they should always wear gloves
