I'm not going to pay to eat at a dirty restaurant. Walked in, two out of three tables had old food and drinks from previous customers. It's gross.

Great food and service! The place is small, but it accommodated our large crowd comfortably. The margaritas were delicious.

Knight Cap has easily become a favorite for me and my family. The food and drinks are always perfect and the entire staff is super friendly. It’s a great place to just chill, have a party, done with guests, and most importantly watch sports.

Staff rocks (Matt K is great!). Just a very agreeable, no-fuss, low-key spot.

The best Mexican food in town! The drinks are delicious as well. More importantly, Melissa & Matt (the owners) are always so friendly and welcoming. It feels like you’ve known them for years as soon as you walk in.

Such a great little cantina in Old Town Monrovia to grab some food, a drink, catch a game, and catch up with friends.

Easily some of the best drinks/food on the block! Have tried multiple items at this point and they never miss. Food is always flavorful and served hot. They take presentation serious and is served elegantly. (Update September 11,2024! ) I might've officially found my favorite menu item! This thick beauty is a Surf n Turf burrito, WITH an added Chile Relleno for just $5. It didn't just feed my body, it fed my soul haha. Came out looking picture perfect, they never have to "get ready", because they're always prepared!

Good bartenders and friendly staff. Music was good. Watched some of the Olympics. Over all was pleasant experience.

Great home town bar feel & friendly staff! Watched the dodger game with some friends there. They rang a bell when the dodgers scored a HR and sold a very good blue shot at a discount. Chicken quesadilla was bomb. Will be back!

Got a strawberry margarita that tasted off like someone legit poured the salt into the drink instead of on the rim. Got a french 75 that was made wrong. Had a liquid Marijuana with 90 percent pineapple. Drinks all over were made poorly and was quite bad didn't even drink most of them. The food was okay.. beer was also flat

My wife and I come here more than we would like to admit. Great food, great vibe. Whether you’re looking for a spot to watch a game, play weekly trivia, or dine in/pick up some great food. This is your place. One of our favorite local spots!

I had a great time at Knight Cap. This was my first time here and the staff was excellent! The 2 bartenders checked in on me just enough. They were kind, attentive and very professional. Food and atmosphere an A+. I will be back next time I'm in town. What a great experience.

Incredible service and the Birria Quesadilla was fire. Go on a night where there is a game and get access to a specially priced food menu! The owners get all the produce themselves and sometimes even do to farmer’s markets in dtla.
