i’ve been going here for 5 years +, sometimes i get awful service, but Vincent is the nicest, best worker, absolutely best amazing human ive ever dealt with while going here. And it’s not only once, no matter what when there’s nobody at the place or if there’s 15 people, even if it’s over 100 in the building if vincent is working he has always been absolutely amazing. I’m disappointed if i go here and he’s not working, idk if he is or isn’t one but if he isn’t he should truly be a manager because i’ve never gotten a better employee. I hope the owner of this location sees this.

I am always hesitant to eat here but after not eating here for a long time I decided to get their lunch special. I paid $2.00 extra for an additional topping of mushrooms on my deep dish pizza. When I picked it up there were hardly any mushrooms on the pizza, when I questioned the young lady behind the counter she said it was because when she cut the pizza the mushrooms fell in the spaces of where the pizza was cut. I told her that I don't see any mushrooms there she just shrugged her shoulders like, oh well. That's the biggest problem if you read the reviews, the pizza is OK but their customer service is HORRIBLE!
This location makes the pizza wayyyyyy better than the duarte location. Trust me you won't regret it.

$9.36 for a classic pepperoni? I thought it was a mistake, but the cashier reassured me that that's the price for a hot n ready pepperoni. The pizza was not fresh, the cashier was not friendly, and the pizza was way overpriced. Ceasars used to be our fav spot for quick pizza. Not anymore. I'd rather order elsewhere and get better quality for almost the same price.

While the teenagers that work there could use some customer service training, the pizza portal pick up is great.. don't have to deal with the teenagers. And the food is always cooked great.

Horrible service. Ordered a pizza at 5 pm it was suppose to be ready between 5:25-5:30 I got to the location at 5:25 and didn't get my pizza till 6:00. Pizza was sitting in the pizza portal for god knows how long. Employees never took the time to update it. Will not be ordering food here again.
