The food is pretty lacking here, or maybe it’s what we tried. Just know, if you’re looking for wonton noodles or hainan chicken rice, this place ain’t it.
The wonton noodle had wontons that were stuck together, with pork inside that was very dark in color, indicative of not only the age as well that these wontons were previously frozen. The wontons were hard, yet the noodles were soft, and quite unlike any other HK wonton noodle I’ve had, and also much darker in color. The broth was a plain chicken broth with some fried onions tossed in, nothing that I’ve ever seen in any HK style wonton noodle.
The hainan chicken rice was a boiled chicken leg, roughly chopped, with bone all resting on some plain white rice. The chicken, although tender, had no flavor, perfect for my toddler. What made it worse was the sweet and sour chili sauce that was paired with it, and the shallot and green onion sauce, which was meh. I don’t know what was worse. The entree was paired with a chicken soup, the same as the broth from the wonton noodle soup.
Safe to say I probably won’t be coming back, as neither dishes were what I was hoping maybe to get, better to just go to Ho Kee which is closer to me anyway. All of this now makes their “build your own” noodle equally undesirable and leaving me not want to try anything else. Not sure if the food was worse or the fact that I stood there for 2-3 minutes at 2PM on a weekday, with no other customers waiting to get my card back as the worker there began counting money and coins before actually swiping my card I just gave her to charge so I can go. Obviously, if there are other dishes Macky’s excels at, I’m open to trying to me, but I will never have a go at their wonton noodle or hainan chicken again.

Not sure if they’ve changed chefs or what (in addition to the price hikes), but the quality of the food here has decreased dramatically. The popcorn chicken and noodle soup can be summed up as “okay” but their chicken curry was bland and watery. The best thing was the side chicken broth that came with the curry. I came here excitedly for a birthday lunch but came away thinking that I won’t be back for awhile.
Food is great, friendly service and clean environment for dine in as well as take out. Parking is easy and they sell lottery products too. Our favorites are the house fried rice and various noodle dishes. The best part of all is the soup companion side! We will be back indefinitely!

Delicious! Portions were incredibly substantial. Very very filling. Came in with a group of 12 of us for a family brunch Sunday afternoon. Everything tasted great, great flavors. And very reasonable prices. I tried the daily special which includes a choice of noodle and 2 toppings, a protein and rice bowl, and choice of drink! Service was wonderful, efficient but patient with all of us.

Macky's serves up some tasty dishes. We ordered their fried rice cake, rice rolls, and seafood noodle soup. Their portions are huge! The rice roll with peanut sauce was by far our favorite of the three dishes. The fried rice cake with egg was pretty good as well. As for the noodle soup, the broth was a bit bland. We had to spice the broth up with their house satay sauce, which made it decent.Overall, Macky's is a good value spot.

Double check your receipt. Ours was injected with a $3.99 for an item did not ordered. When confronted, the owner blame the kitchen staff and have NO intention to refund the $3.99 extra charged! Never come back again. Missed the original owner... This placed offer low with unprofessional customer services & UNETHICAL business practices. Stay alert. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!
It was not quite what I expected. The beef chow mien was okay, but the fish balls in our noodle soup tasted expired. Asked for plain green tea and received it with a bunch of sugar already inside. Ordered plum with soda and the plum was too salted, and wasn't able to drink. Wound up finishing lunch at another restaurant.
I've never been here before but today was my first time & I must say... their portions are BIG. If you're hungry & have an appetite then this is the place for you. I had the chow mein with yellow noodles, chicken, beef, & shrimp.
Good food and price for the noodle house.
