Evrytime I order mobile order is completed within minutes. They are always cheerful and glad to assist. I had order done wrong and they right away gave me my correct order. but who orders only the bun from a cheeseburger!?!?

I'm so sick and tired of these homeless people asking me for money in the Drive-Thru I had some homeless lady hit the hood of my car I told the manager what happened she said there's nothing they can do so I called corporate ever since then I've been getting very bad service I need the owner to call me!!!!! I told the manager what happened and she said there's nothing they can do about it and I said YES you can do something about it because it's on McDonald's property you are responsible!!!! At this point I feel like I'm being harassed!!!!!! They are Rude twice I had to come back and tell them that my coffee was not fresh and they told me yes it was they had me Park the cup wasn't even hot I know what fresh coffee is supposed to taste like I've been going to that McDonald's for over 15 years I see people come and go RUDE IT'S LIKE YOU HAVE TO TAKE WHAT THEY GIVE YOU đż

good memories having breakfast or lunch with my dad . they typically got it right most times and kept the restaurant clean. gets busy at times but they stay on it . I was here often after work or before. the app hooks it up if you're a frequent buyer.

Ran into the rudest manager on duty. There was a missing item for my mobile order. This guy (Geranno) did not care to listen or try to help a customer. He just pointed to the printed order slip on the bag and repeatedly said "It is not shown on the paper. You did not order it". Amazing how this person was hired by McD to work in a customer-facing position and even promoted to be a manager.

This morning, I had a concerning experience while dining at this restaurant for breakfast. As someone who has been a loyal McDonaldâs customer for over 40 years, I was surprised and disappointed by how Asian customers were treated during my visit.
The store manager or supervisor, identifiable by a white shirt and yellow safety vest, interacted with customers in a noticeably inconsistent manner. While greeting other patrons with courtesy, he appeared dismissive and unkind toward several Asian customers. In one instance, I observed a senior Asian customer politely requesting a coffee refill. The manager responded curtly and demanded $0.50 for the refill. However, I witnessed several other customers receiving free refills without issue.
This incident stood out to me because it seemed inconsistent with McDonaldâs values of diversity, inclusion, and respect. While this may be an isolated case, it raises concerns about whether similar behavior might occur elsewhere if left unaddressed.
I share this feedback with the hope that McDonaldâs takes the appropriate steps to review this situation and ensure such experiences are not repeated. I remain optimistic that the company will continue to uphold the high standards of fairness and inclusivity that it is known for. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I suppose if you want to waste gas and do drive through this location is ok but if ordering in store don't expect any kind of service. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes but they didn't notice. Went to a kiosk and entered order but needed help so pushed button. After five minutes I had to raise my voice saying I needed help and had pushed the need help button about five minutes before. The response was they were busy and weren't looking in the direction of the counter or kiosks. Pretty poor excuse and showed zero customer service. Once order placed it took another 15 minutes for the order to be ready - nothing "fast" about that.
