Ran into the rudest manager on duty. There was a missing item for my mobile order. This guy (Geranno) did not care to listen or try to help a customer. He just pointed to the printed order slip on the bag and repeatedly said "It is not shown on the paper. You did not order it". Amazing how this person was hired by McD to work in a customer-facing position and even promoted to be a manager.

This morning, I had a concerning experience while dining at this restaurant for breakfast. As someone who has been a loyal McDonald’s customer for over 40 years, I was surprised and disappointed by how Asian customers were treated during my visit.

The store manager or supervisor, identifiable by a white shirt and yellow safety vest, interacted with customers in a noticeably inconsistent manner. While greeting other patrons with courtesy, he appeared dismissive and unkind toward several Asian customers. In one instance, I observed a senior Asian customer politely requesting a coffee refill. The manager responded curtly and demanded $0.50 for the refill. However, I witnessed several other customers receiving free refills without issue.

This incident stood out to me because it seemed inconsistent with McDonald’s values of diversity, inclusion, and respect. While this may be an isolated case, it raises concerns about whether similar behavior might occur elsewhere if left unaddressed.

I share this feedback with the hope that McDonald’s takes the appropriate steps to review this situation and ensure such experiences are not repeated. I remain optimistic that the company will continue to uphold the high standards of fairness and inclusivity that it is known for. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I suppose if you want to waste gas and do drive through this location is ok but if ordering in store don't expect any kind of service. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes but they didn't notice. Went to a kiosk and entered order but needed help so pushed button. After five minutes I had to raise my voice saying I needed help and had pushed the need help button about five minutes before. The response was they were busy and weren't looking in the direction of the counter or kiosks. Pretty poor excuse and showed zero customer service. Once order placed it took another 15 minutes for the order to be ready - nothing "fast" about that.

Came into the restaurant during what's listed online as busy, there was 1 person behind the counter (as everything is expected to be digital now, this is forgivable) but a decent amount of families waiting to order. Went to grab a seat and every single counter was covered in trash, had to ask someone to clean it for us because there were no napkins readily available. The table smelled like bodily fluids, and the trash cans were filled to the brim-- all of them. To top it off, I went into the restroom and there was fecal matter surrounding and decorating the toilet paper of the bathroom. I'm usually a forgiving reviewer, but this was disgusting.

Ordered two English muffins via the app. When I arrived half an hour later, the manager told me I wouldn't be getting my muffins, because it was now almost lunch, even though I'd ordered them during breakfast. He said I wouldn't be charged, either, but I was. He was extremely unpleasant in a rude, hostile way. So here I am out four bucks and my morning slightly tarnished by a little man who abuses customers to feel important.

Also, the other staff here are all really good natured people, from my experience, so this guy contrasted even more with his poor attitude.
