Visited Moo Moo Mia for the first time yesterday due to dessert cravings, and this ice cream shop did not disappoint! Ordered a Triple Scoop; Oreos + Cream, Madagascar Vanilla Bean, & Dutch Chocolate ㅡ the flavors were rich, creamy, and delicious. The service was also top-notch; the employees were very sweet, especially when it came to sampling the ice cream flavors. Would love to come here again!

I was really craving banana ice cream tonight. Went to 4 different ice cream shops, first 2 didn’t have banana ice cream, 3rd was cold stone downtown Monrovia. There was barely any left in the bin but the kid went to check the back to see if there was more. After some debate I settled on a scoop of chocolate with whatever scrapings were left of banana. This was $9. The kid helping us was dry and had 0 customer service skills. After, we went to Moo Moo Mia’s (which we originally skipped because we thought they were pricey).. we saw they had a banana flavor so decided we had to go try it. The young blonde kid working the front was incredibly personable, friendly and interactive. I decided to buy the banana ice cream from him even though I just got some from cold stone. In lieu of writing a bad review of my cold stone experience, I decided to focus on the positive and highlight this shop and especially the young kid working there. I would hire him, get this kid a raise, good help is hard to find! Oh and the ice cream was almost half the price of cold stone!

Visited here recently and the service, ice cream, and décor were great! I had a holiday flavor that was really tasty. The place is popular, and there was a line, but the woman serving everyone was friendly and calm and kept the line moving along. I will definitely be back.

This is an excellent ice cream shop in Monrovia, CA. The staff was very friendly and very willing to allow us to sample multiple flavors before deciding. I was very surprised at the vegan options. I tasted the cookie butter option and ended up going with that one. It was so good--it was impossible to tell it was vegan. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and will visit it again the next time I am in the Monrovia area.

Scrumptious in house made ice cream Tried their Ferrero Rocher and Sweet Taro flavors. Sweet Taro will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth! Moo moo Mia is a must while visiting Monrovia.
Delicious ice cream!! I got the Sweet Taro and Peppermint Hot Cocoa flavors and loved both!! The Sweet Taro honestly blew me away though—that might be the best tasting taro-flavored anything I have ever had. I’m obsessed! The Peppermint Hot Cocoa was super rich but the peppermint breaks up the richness so it’s great. The mini marshmallows were a nice touch in there! Amazing quality ice cream and good service. I’d definitely be back for more!

Delicious and I'm unique ice cream flavors in downtown Monrovia! Service was great and there's a few tables inside if you want to sit and enjoy. I got the apple pie and that was delicious - there were even pieces of crust in the ice cream.

Of all of them the hazelnut chip was my absolute favorite so light and yet full of flavor. I'll keep going back for more flavors excited the city finally has a great boutique ice cream option

Came here in Sep and again in Nov-so bummed I missed the Oct flavors! There's something so exciting and fun about seeing their monthly flavors. You can tell that they use quality and natural ingredients for their ice cream. Most recently, I had the Banana Cream Pie and Pumpkin Spice & Stracciatella. The banana flavor is strong, but you don't get that pungent laffy taffy banana flavor that's usually associated with artificial flavoring. If you're a big pumpkin fan like I am, you'll love their Pumpkin Spice. I'm someone who likes to try a couple flavors before picking my scoop(s), and I'm so grateful for how patient and kind the staff are. They're always recommending staff and customer favorites. On my last visit, the staff even offered my dog a pup cup! Safe to say my dog has a new ice cream shop!

Handmade ice cream and sorbets in a cozy, cute ice cream parlor in downtown Monrovia that's open fairly late. Great for a dessert right after dinner or after some movies nearby.There's free samples and there are some pretty unique flavors that get rotated around each month too. They also don't skimp out on the scoops!We got a double scoop of almond chocolate croissant and pumpkin spice caramel with a waffle cone (upside down in a cup so that we didn't have to worry about melting). It was enough to split amongst 3 people after we were decently full from our previous meal.The pumpkin spice caramel had a decent amount of caramel swirl and wasn't too sweet and the almond chocolate croissant had a nice powdery sugary taste to it and the chocolate itself wasn't too sweet or dark, just right in the middle. I don't remember if these were seasonal flavors but they're unique and tasty enough for me to keep this dessert place in mind when we're in the area!

Product knowledge, professional communication, sense of urgency with demanding customers and a great smile... it's all there people, Jasmine is her name and MOO MOO MIA is her game coming back to spend hundreds of dollars due to our interaction with Jasmine. Maybe thousands. Oh btw ice cream was good and so was the ambience.
