This is a regular lunch stop for me during the work week. Service is always quick and friendly. The menu is fairly large, lots of breakfast and lunch offerings.
This is our favorite breakfast/lunch place in the area. The food is great and the produce and fruit fresh and tasty.
If breakfast is your favorite meal of the day, Nano Café is where you belong. They serve it all day, but it’s the **hospitality** that makes this place unforgettable.
My first visit was solo, and I was lucky to have **Jazmin** as my server. She was fun, friendly, and knew the menu like the back of her hand. Her recommendations were on point, the food came out perfectly timed, and the entire vibe made me feel like a regular—even though it was my first time. That experience alone was enough to bring me back.
But it was our second visit that truly made Nano’s feel like home.
This time, I came with my whole family—**my mom, my sister, my brother-in-law, my niece, my nephew, and me.** I called ahead to ask if they had seating for children. Not only did they confirm, but when we arrived 15 minutes later, they had **two high chairs set up at a reserved table** with **warm cinnamon rolls waiting for the kids.** That’s the kind of thoughtful preparation you rarely see anymore.
**Barbara** was our server, and she was outstanding. She brought toys for the kids, laughed with them, kept coffee flowing, and when a spill happened, she had it handled instantly—with a smile. Her energy was calm, professional, and truly caring. She didn’t just take care of us—she made us feel welcome.
> “This isn’t just a meal—it’s a memory-maker.”
Nano’s has this rare quality where you walk in expecting a good breakfast, and you leave with something more. Whether you're a solo diner, a couple out for brunch, or a family navigating high chairs and napkins—**they get it.**
> **Special shout-out to Barbara**: Thank you for going above and beyond. I genuinely wish you all the best in your life and your journey—**take that trip with your parents.** You deserve it.
**Why I recommend Nano’s Café:**
- Friendly, human service (not just “customer service”)
- Kid-friendly without sacrificing adult quality
- Always consistent food + fast coffee = winning
- You leave feeling better than when you arrived
> **“Low-key legendary. If you know, you know.”**
**Bottom line:** Nano’s Café isn’t trying to be flashy—and that’s exactly why it works. Whether you’re local or visiting, it’s the kind of place you tell your friends about later. Because when care like this shows up on a Tuesday morning?
You don’t forget it.
Typical Diner experience for all-day
breakfast and lunch.
$26 for one person, not including tip. I was disappointed in the coffee. The omelet was tasty. I had one slice of French toast for $4.99. I didn't know the price and it wasn't good. It looked so good in the pictures. It was a savory French toast. GROSS.
I didn't finish the french toast. I let the lady know that I didnt like it. She didn't even try to make it right, she just charged me anyway. I really wanted to like it here.

The menu is extensive and the parking area is easily accessible. Food was so tasty from my biscuits and gravy to my son's ham steak and even my wife's bulgogi bowl was amazing!I can't believe it's taken me this long to check this place out! A true Monrovia gem!

I had lunch here on a Saturday. The parking lot was very full and it was difficult to find street parking as well. My party of 4 waited half an hour from 11:30-12. Once we were seated and ordered, the food came out soon and was a good price. However, they really need to fix their shades at the patio area. As we were eating, my friend near the window had to pin the shades to the wall to prevent it from blowing in her face. The food was great, but the broken shades made it an unpleasant experience. I noticed another table near the window had to use a ketchup bottle to keep the shades from blowing as well.
Parking: Saturday at 11:30 AM both their small lot and street parking were very full
