Northeastern Noodle House, the braised beef noodles are delicious, and the beef burrito is full of coriander and green onions. Unfortunately, I don’t like the sweet noodle sauce, but the crust is super thin and the beef is delicious! The large plate of chicken shaved noodles is delicious with a bit of numbing flavor from Sichuan peppercorns! There is a live ramen show by the chef, and the noodles are freshly made and delicious...the service is good! It was full at dinner time..
Glad I found this spot while driving by and it’s a great spot for soup and appetizers.
Their beef noodle soup was delicious, the noodles were great and the broth was on point. The beef roll pancake is what I highly recommend because it was phenomenal. The calamari was about average but descent.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

Amazing attentive service. Noodles are very chewy and have a great texture. The broth of the beef noodle soup is on the light side and the beef isn't in chunks, instead its presented in very thing slices. It was fine but personally not what I was hoping for when it comes to beef noodle soup. The portion is large so we like to get a side of extra noodles for a few dollars more so we can share as a table and order other things.
