The workers do not wash their hands when they handle food and money. They don’t wear gloves. I will not be returning.
Me and my family usually go to this Panda Express, and we usually have a good experience. The food tastes good, good service, never one complaint for the last few years. Recently I went there and took their food to go. For context I ordered the orange chicken, sesame chicken, power greens, and noodles. I ate the chicken and was about to eat the veggies when I noticed a worm on my broccoli. I quickly lost my appetite. We decided to report this to the manager and he gave a nonchalant response of oh these worms stick to the broccoli sometimes. Not very concerned that this could be a health risk. How is this acceptable?

Panda Express has good food. This location is small with little seating options, but the food is consistent with other locations.This outdoor mall has suffered since the pandemic. There are very few food options here now.We met at this Panda Express because Mimi's closed. It was ok, just not a place to sit and talk with a meal.
