This is one of the cleaner Panera Breads. I've been to in quite a while with a friendly staff. I recommend Sip Club for anyone coming here more that 3 times a month. It's worth every penny.

I paid $25 for a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The grilled cheese was not grilled at all. It was literally two pieces of soggy, untoasted bread with melted cheese inside. No browning, no crisping, nothing that qualifies as a grilled sandwich.
To make it worse, the app makes it extremely difficult to submit a complaint, which only adds to the frustration. This was a waste of money and a very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering again.
I'm personally sick of these corporations taking complete advantage of us. I'll be boycotting Panera and recommend others do the same!!!

Today I ordered a Caprese sandwich and soup and got this sandwich with mostly mayo, barely any wilted lettuce and hardly any cheese. It was a bread and mayo sandwich. Horrible. And it seemed like they were already out of all the desserts, and I went in before dinnertime!

There was no customer service. The girl working the front did not greet me and I was literally walking around lost not knowing where to pick up my food. The lady making the food was unpleasant. Overall horrible customer service. The food is not good enough for the price. It was almost 30$ a person. I paid 56$ and some change. Stale bread and I’m not sure why they thought throwing bread into the bag loose is a good idea but okay…. Maybe that’s just got its done. Regardless, horrible experience and I will not be back.

I love this place but my only issue is they need to check on their tables and vacuum the floors. People leave their tables full of plates and they are not being cleaned. So you have no where to sit because of that. The floors sometimes are just full of crumbs. Please hire 1 person to be the dinning room attendant. Who's job is to help vacuum, clean the tables, make sure no one is loitering too long and to keep people moving. To make sure tables are cleaned and to make sure the customers are happy and feeling welcomed. Make sure the drink fountain is clean and working. I love the food but just has to fix the rest of it. People will come back again and again if the place is clean and there is somewhere to sit. Please fix issues so I can continue to go and invite people.

It was so annoying to be eating in the restaurant and having the sandwich maker screeching out names of customers to pick up their sandwiches ! I couldn’t enjoy my great sandwich because of this annoying voice . Why even bother handing out those devices that vibrate and tell customers their orders are ready . Won’t be returning to this Panera

I ordered my food online expecting for my meal to be ready to go on the pick up shelf or shown on the order screen. Nothing is available. This is the 4 time I visit the location and my Order is behind the counter with other people orders waiting to get picked up and every one there just waiting for orders that are completed I tried to ask the male worker serving the food for my order and he just walked away. Another employee asked me for my name across the pick up line instead of walking over to ask me she expect me to scream my name. The customer service here is ridiculous.

I have had broccoli cheddar soup 100+ times and this location adds water to eat. They do not follow standard recipe as other locations. Disappointed.
Also the lady working there told us the same soup is vegetarian so one of my friend ate it and later found out they use chicken broth. SHAME.

Good food. Fast service. All you can drink premium coffee, tea, fountain drinks. I eat here a couple times a week. But at work, I order almost daily. Very good food. I seldom get bored with it. I like that they toast everything except the vegetables.
LAME! No bagels whatsoever at 7AM?! How is this even possible when the primary meal served is breakfast… any grownups around? Not one bagel in the entire building and no plan to make more at 7AM!? Maybe if the staff put their phone down to do some work- or just hire a grownup. What a sad place with all the dissonance on display but no bagels on display…. Why even stay open?
