I always encounter some issue with the service at this location, whether it's them being late with my order, them letting someone else take my order (multiple times), slow to bring my order to curbside pickup, etc. Not sure if it's the staff themselves, or management not providing the right training, or whatever. The service is just consistently subpar. The food is good though.
When it's freshly cooked which is 4 out of 5 times Im here, it's a 10/10 score for me. Even when it's not at it's best I would still rate it 8/10. Affordable fresh food, if you like chicken strips, this is the place you can consider
Food and service are fine. I really don't understand what the rave about the cane sauce is all about. I really, really tried to like it but no go. I think Popeye's chicken taste better.
