10 years ago, I interviewed to work here. The blonde woman who owned the joint said I wasn't ready and interviewed me with her mic broadcasting to the team.
I felt humiliated as I was given a rejection email the moment I stepped outside the interview.
Years later, I have a stable career and that rude owner is out of a job + her stores shut down.
Good riddance red lobster.
It was a great lunch for me and my family
Reasonable price and good quality foods
If you want some feel of seafood come up here Red lobster are very nice place for that

The place is cozy and comfortable. I ordered the lobster lover's duo with baked potato and broccoli. The lobsters are very delicious, but the broccoli is very soft and I prefer it to be crunchy. Otherwise, the whole entry is perfect.

Our waitress didn’t bring us water. I know we didn’t order a drink that costs money, but I went to the bar to get my water and I jar to get my refill also. I guess we didn’t spend enough for her to give us good service. I gave her a small tip because she gave us very limited service. Won’t go back to this location.

**Disappointing Experience at Red Lobster in Monrovia, CA**
I recently visited the Red Lobster location in Monrovia, CA, and sadly, it was an experience I won't soon forget—for all the wrong reasons. Here’s a breakdown of my visit:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a large sign boldly announcing that the store was open. Normally, this wouldn’t be noteworthy, but given the recent bankruptcy news and widespread closures, it felt ominous.
It was early evening, typically a bustling time for this restaurant, yet the atmosphere inside was unusually sparse. Instead of the usual wait for a table, there were plenty of empty seats.
After being seated, however, the problems began. I waited for over 15 minutes without any server approaching my table to take an order or even offer a drink. The tantalizing aroma of their famous cheese biscuits was nowhere to be found. It was clear that something was amiss with the service.
Growing increasingly frustrated, I made the decision to leave. The once-reliable service and delicious food that I had enjoyed in the past seemed like distant memories in the sorry state of this establishment.
I couldn’t help but wonder how long this decline would last. It’s disheartening to witness a place that once thrived now in such disarray. From good to worst, the deterioration in both food quality and service was painfully evident.
Overall, my experience at Red Lobster in Monrovia was a profound disappointment. It’s a shame to see a restaurant that was once a favorite now struggling to maintain basic standards.

What can you say about a red lobster? Well, if you’re in Arcadia, California, quite a bit, actually.I was in the mood for seafood. Ironically, this is a little corner of California that doesn’t have many good seafood places around it. Mostly Chinese restaurants that advertise the seafood places and some of your typical Mexican seafood restaurants. Those can be good, too, but I wasn’t really in the mood.“Red lobster.”It was near my hotel, which was a plus, it’s relatively inexpensive, also another plus, and I had heard that they might be going out of business so this might be one of my last opportunities to try it.Was the food good? It was “good.” Nothing too special, nothing to write home about. What really stood out to me at this location was the service. I travel a lot and eat alone a lot. Sometimes, people in restaurants assume that I’m going to be a dud table not worth their time. The ones that still do their best are generally very happy at the end of the meal. The two gals that waited on me in here, knocked themselves out for me. I really have gotten worse Service at Michelin five star restaurants that I just got at a red lobster.I called the manager and he was a bit apprehensive. “I know that people always complain. What no one ever does is call you over when something good happens. Having having worked in the restaurant industry for almost 15 years, I know what good services. Those two gals have it. You’re lucky to have them.”Congratulations on a good job. You will work here a lot longer!
Vegetarian options: They have salads. They also have steamed vegetables.
Dietary restrictions: I’m sure about the only thing they could not accommodate is an allergy to seafood.
Parking: There is a lot next-door as well as the lot for the hotel that is connected on the same property. You can park in either.
Kid-friendliness: There were several parties, including a large party that had children. All well behaved, & Al got special treats from their weight staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no issues getting a wheelchair into this location.
