A highlight of Old Town Monrovia, I found this great little restaurant while visiting old movie filming spots. The owner is super nice and he and his staff serve up excellent dishes in an intimate location. You can also order takeout and to-go through most delivery apps. Can't recommend Saigon Avenue enough.

I was very much looking forward to eating here with all the positive reviews but was very much disappointed. With so many other amazing restaurants down this area of Monrovia this one is a definite SKIP. The service was okay. Our waiters formal work attire was PJ pants, along with other staff. Got a torn paper menu to order from. We went on a Friday afternoon, the place was completely empty. No lunch rush. So I am wondering why our food took so long to come out and come out at...

Quaint little Pho restaurant with amazing service and delicious food. Atmosphere is just right giving off that old school vibe being in old town. Pork banh mi sandwich was amazing, just enough spices to make it tasty without overdoing and the crunchyness, nice touch. Pho broth is savory and fresh, add the garnishments and voila, deliciousness at the tip of the chopsticks. Highly recommended for a quick, comfy bite.
