Love this Starbucks, crushed ice is always a winner for me. 5/12 update : I’m so disappointed yesterday on Mother’s Day I went to Starbucks right before heading to Disney to have a happy Mother’s Day with my fam, as usual i stopped by my favorite Starbucks even though this one is out of my way but I’m a sucker for crushed ice, I order my usual order, I get to the window and I asked the the barista (Elijah) if he charged me for my cold foam because when I was ordered I let him know the app said free cold foam this weekend he then told me you didn’t remind me and he seemed upset and I told him I did remind you, then he hands me a tall size drink and told him I ordered a Venti then he hands Me another drink with the name Ann on it and I said politely oh this is not my drink he then raised his voice and said tell me your order then because I’m a good listener and I told him this is not my order at all, and I also told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude and loud voice I then let him know i didn’t want to speak with him anymore a female supervisor came to the window and she was also rude like if I did something wrong when they kept giving me the wrong drink I was super upset and disappointed I don’t understand why people get jobs to be mean and disrespectful to customers it’s crazy! I had to change from 5 stars to 1

This was a cool one of a kind Starbucks. At least the first one I've seen like it. Not your typical walk in and order or go through the drive thru, it was more of like a small stand that you can drive by, or you could walk up to, but they had outdoor seating. It seemed like it'd be a great place to hang out. Unfortunately we couldn't stay, because we had a busy work schedule while we're were there. But maybe in the future, if I find myself in the area, I will definitely go back and "take a load off fanny" and hang out.

This particular afternoon me and my mom wouldn’t got some tea. I asked for a Venti ice water. I got the ice water first and I was drinking it and my mom noticed something floating. It looked like a booger or scab. The young lady didn’t apologize she just asked if I wanted another one I said yes She gave me a tall instead of a Venti The fact that I was actually drinking the water and something was floating at the bottom, which I should’ve took a picture of what’s disgusting

Contacted customer service and they made it right.
Ordered before 6pm for the $3 drink at the drive thru. Got to the window and was told they wouldn’t honor the price because it had just turned 6. No effort to fix the problem. SB throws away a drink and gives upbeat $3. Disappointing

This was my first time at this location today. I guess I had been ordering my drink incorrectly, but the sweetest barista fixed it and saved me 50cents. She didn’t have to do that, but she did and I’m so appreciative! This location will get all my business!
