I walked in this morning at this location. After leaving another location who made my drink completely wrong.So I came to this location hoping they could remake it without charging me.And the manager on duty, i'm not sure what his name was.But sarah was a cashier.They were very helpful and they made me my drink for free. And they got it correct. Thank you so muchI now did not have to drive to the first location.Hook on my drink wrong in the first đ

At the time I was getting my coffee, the inside store traffic was light and the drive-thru line was moderate.
The young lady that helped me was friendly and efficient. My order didn't take long and was made the way I like it.
The restrooms were clean and the store was clean. There really is much to comment about on this visit. It was a pleasant experience.
The bathroom code is broken so there are NO bathrooms for customers. They never bothered to put a sign on it and just said âgee it might not workâ but apparently itâs been broken a while. But literally the only reason I stopped at this Starbucks was to use the bathroom. Secondly, the baristas here spend half an hour chitchatting with customers as opposed to delivering your drink. I could see my food and drink in the window for 10 minutes while the teenage barista wrapped up their conversation. I have a drive-through Starbucks next to my house in La Canada that I use every single day and the customer service there is spectacular compared to this one.

I had to wait until employees were done having their conversation for a few minutes before I was acknowledged and had my order finally taken. My food came out first, and the drink was out about 12 minutes later. Super annoying and frustrating when you see staff just standing around. How do you forget a drink when there was no one else inside ordering at the time? The drive through didn't seem busy either.

This is one of the most efficiently run Starbucks I've been to in a long while. The baristas are all friendly and the tables/chairs/countertops/floors are all clean and bright. Even the restrooms are super clean. The service was fast and the coffee tasted just right.
The only negative thing (which I didn't deduct stars for Sbux itself, bc Starbucks cannot control) are the one-off rude customers who hog multiple seats/tables near the outlets along the wall, preventing others from access to the outlets.
If Starbucks would power the center and window-side tables, this would literally be the best Starbucks ever.
Vegetarian options: There are multiple options for vegetarians. Just ask.
Parking: Lots of open free parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ADA parking spaces and ready access into the cafe. There it's a dedicated ADA table, but often used by others, but there are many other tables that have enough space to accommodate a wheelchair.
