We had a great dinner!
We tried quesabirria tacos and they are fantastic, we are looking forward to returning soon. Torta al pastor was awesome! (Nothing left on the plate)
We recommend the owner to add a much spicier red sauce . But overall we rate 5 star this place, and believe me my wife and I are really picky about food.
They earned our trust to come back soon.

So disappointed was really looking forward to the food based on great reviews. Ordered a little bit of everything to get the best experience birria plate, fish and chips and taco plate with chicken and asada. Total cost $47. Nothing was fresh off the grill everything was very dry and chewy and should have taken my business somewhere else probably won't be back.

Very comfortable place to be in. Everyone was relaxed and you could hear the staff in the kitchen communicating getting the orders out. They have good lighting, a larger modern menu board with a great selection. They had light hearted music playing and a big tv to watch the Dodger games. I was surprised to see Birria on the menu so had to get that for sure! I think I will may this my goto spot a couple days a week so I can eat better for less and no dishes to wash.

After going to the movies in Monrovia with my family, we were hungry and wanted a fast and tasty lunch. We stumbled upon Tacos & Papas, a Mexican restaurant. Unsure of what to order, we decided on my favorite: chicken and asada tacos, rice, and beans. My husband chose the chicken tostada plate. We also got some horchata and lemonade to go with our meal. We were lucky to find a table before the seating filled up. The service was friendly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The tacos were good, and I especially liked the Mexican-style rice. It's a good place for a quick Mexican meal.

Worst tacos in town. Bought four carne asada tacos and meat was tough no flavor and got huge pieces of fat in every bite. Had better food in prison. Never eat there again.

The elotes was incredible especially with the sauce (tamarind?). I ordered the birria, brussel sprout, and cauliflower tacos as well. The brussel sprouts were my favorite, but it was all good. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you come on down as well. The service was warm and on point. The salsas? Pretty awesome as well.
